I love the feel if this hotel! This is not new but spotless clean, budget rooms available and I can only say that my stay is perfect! Staff are so approachable!! Keep it up! I will keep coming back

This is a year 1998 hotel and needs to keep up with a newer technology. They still using manual keys. The cr door is broken and no Wi-Fi. But the area is clean and staff are great.

The Hotel location is excellent in the heritage zone.Staff were very helpful .from front desk to bellboy to cleaners I love the hotel decorations.Washroom is clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The building is too old. The bathroom lots of black ants crawling around on the sink and on the floor. I stayed for 5 days or nights they clean only 1 time the bedroom.
The bathtowels is very2 old and there’s a hole ,no hand towel and face towel. There’s a crack bet the wall and door it’s scary and unsafe . This is my bad experiences to stay in hotel.

I paid through Expedia for two rooms (a single and a double occupancy) but when we got to the hotel we told at the front desk that Expedia only reserved for one double. I showed the receptionist my confirmation and requested them to confirm with Expedia. Once in the room the front called to say that I need to pay for the other room which I did.
I requested Expedia to look at into this matter but was told they cannot reach the hotel management.
I’ve been using Expedia for the last decade and I have a gold status. So far I never had an experience like this. Can anyone help me get my refund.
