We were not able to check-in on time but the staff accommodated our request for late check out. Breakfast was great! Even though it was a plated meal but it was hearty and filling.

Stayed for 3 nights at Seda Hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Very near to Ayala Mall, we just walk 2-3 minutes to the mall, there was an access way to mall.

well my stay at the Seda Ayala Hotel was simply amazing, I really enjoyed my vacation time there, Mr. Edmar, Mr. Jegger, Miss. Michelle, Miss. Donna, Miss. Shakira, Miss. Ashley, Miss, Sheila, Mr. Jay, Miss. Collin, and the rest of the hotel staff did and outstanding job for their hotel guests, I want to especially thank miss. Donna for my Hot morning Oatmeal, and Mr. Jegger for those hot delicious inspiring cups of cappuccino, every employee always greeted you with a worm smile and hello, the rooms are nice and comfortable and always clean, though after renovations in a couple of years, the hotel will be even more fabulous, my wormest gratitude to the entire staff, If you come to Cebu make the Seda Ayala Hotel your stay, right next to the mall, Thanks 😎

This property used to be a Marriott. Well this hotel falls short of that standard for sure! An average hotel now in every way. Should have a 3 star rating at best. There are much better places to stay in Cebu!

The first night we stayed here our room was musty and had a dripping sound going on all night.
The second night we stayed we had a different room and the room was perfect!
