The linens smelled so good! I love the staff, very warm welcome all the time. The thing I didn’t like is that, there’s so many events going on, that the dining area has become so limited. Overall rating is till very satisfactory.

TV was spotty. Shows stopped every few minutes. Shower was hot then cold then hot and cold. Water pressure low. Amenities were minimal. More lights needed in bedroom. Bath towels only (no hand or face), and towels were old and worn. The bathmats were yellowish and old. Pros: all employees incl guards, maintenance and front desk were outstanding! Very kind, well trained and respectful. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Time should be extended though to at least 11am. Laundry room was excellent idea!

My first stay in B hotel way back years ago was really exceptional . I’m very disappointed in my recent stay .Breakfast was ordinary ,its buffet but limited choices everyday almost same food . I asked for a packed breakfast since I’m going out early ,The lady told me only for now because we don’t do packed breakfast and she gave me small bowl for my packed breakfast. At the reception area staff was not accommodating & they don’t welcome me. Shower in the room not good .hot & cold hard to get the desired temperature. Housekeeping & guards were nice

It took a long time for me to decide where I wanted to stay here or another hotel nearby, and I regretted that I didn’t choose the other option. Staff were very nice and attentive but the hotel itself was older, and the worst part was that I could hear everything in the corridor or floor up and down. Plus breakfast could have been better.

I enjoyed my stay at B Hotel Alabang. When I arrived, there was a parking spot, the check in was smooth, the room was spotless & clean & the staff were all gracious. I attended our high school reunion in one if their restaurants & the food was excellent, toilets were clean the whole time (not just at the start) & the sound system was great. It was the perfect place to have a fun & meaningful reunion.

The room is ok but it’s getting old and tired even the towels are very old and rough, unlike in my previous stays they’re still nice and very clean. This time I had to wipe the telephone receiver it’s was caked with make up or some kind of dirt, table top was stained and still have crumbs when we came in. But staff are excellent! They are very helpful! Food are not as good selection as well. Not even a selection of fruits! I don’t think I’ll stay here again unfortunately.
