Parking area is congested during events held there. Breakfast is awesome, everyday is a different and delicious variety. Staff are attentive and location is a walk away from many food restaurants and the mall is near by.

Many pros & many cons. Most of the hotel staff was exceptional - the front door has a few that need retraining, but most were very accommodating.
Room had these issues: toilet water pressure was inadequate, had to use water in trash can to complete the flush. Desk chair had broken arm handle - hotel removed it when I complained that it was dangerous. But they did not replace it. Wardrobe door is too low to floor - it will hurt toes if you’re not conscious of this.
The front desk was extremely pleasant. The restaurant offers a very nice breakfast buffet. Yet we ate elsewhere for other meals.
Our room was on the 9th floor in corner and Sat night music from outdoor bar blasted well past 1am.
Overall it was a “Good” not the “Excellent” that was on Expedia.

Rooftop pool was excellent but the gym is mediocre at best Very much accessible to SM city which is a plus but walking there you have to go through a small area of mini slums with small businesses that looked like without permits to conduct their operations by the road.

We stayed at the zuri for 12 nights and every one of those nights were wonderful! Firstly Iloilo is an amazing city full of friendly people, and the staff were no exception. Nothing was too much hassle and full of smiles and happy attitudes. We requested a few things from the front desk and they ladies were super happy to help.
The room was nice, big comfy bed and a great shower and aircon, the pool area gives a fantastic view of the city and has a great bar with cocktails and snacks.
All in all it’s a great place and we had a fab holiday, thanks Zuri!
