Artis Loft Hotel

Very clean and reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the hotel, and the very helpful people at the reception desk.

They take too much money for parking

We loved our time at Artis Loft! It was in a convenient location and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast provided each morning, and having the option to eat at the restaurant on site was convenient for us. We will be back!

The hotel is nice good staff good breakfast . The room is warm and welcome and the bathroom is well design although there is no curtain and there is lots of water all around during taking a shower . There is no air condition in general you get good value for your money

This is a wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and large. Along with the room, you get free wifi, free parking and free breakfast. The breakfast is really great and the wifi works perfect. This hotel is a bargain of a deal. I highly recommend this hotel. I always like to book one night at a hotel and if it is good, then I will continue to book if I need to be in the area. I booked for one night and so far I have been here for like 4 nights :).

We were here for business, the food was very good.

When we first arrived, the hotel looked nice from the outside and the location was great. The receptionist spoke broken English on checking in but I think her understanding of English was better than her spoken. When we got upstairs the room seemed clean. The waiter in the dining room was friendly and did his best to explain what Russian dumplings were never the less we tried them and it was very nice. The food was reasonably priced. At night the walls are paper thin so you hear everything that is going on around you. Unfortunately we had a group of polish guys on our corridor and they were very noisy right up to 3 in the morning. After being woken up many times up until 3 that is my wife phoned reception and asked if they would be so kind as to send someone to ask the guys making the noise to please it down as we needed to be fresh for our journey the receptionist answered us in polish. After saying we don't speak polish she continued in polish and sent no help. After 10 minutes we had to ask this group to keep it down. Luckily things did not escalate as they clearly can and very quickly when alcohol is involved. Overall not a bad place but not well finished, the restaurant floor had evidence of breakfast on it at dinner time and if you want to sleep with no noise I don't recommend this hotel.

pain free and relaxing

The hotel was in a convenient location and the parking was always plentiful and well lit. We stayed there for a week, but upon our arrival our Expedia reservation wasn't in the system. It was eventually resolved, but because all the hotels in the area were already booked we nearly had nowhere to stay. Not sure why the communication error happened and we were told that we shouldn't have paid through Expedia. It was an option upon booking so I'm not sure how they expected us to know that. When booking you don't see which rooms have AC and which don't, so my brother and I ended up with non AC rooms during some hot nights. We then had to beg to switch because I would have had to find an alternative after not being able to sleep for 2 nights. The rooms also don't come with irons and ironing boards, so they have to be requested. We were rushed and had to leave the hotel by 6 am the next day and nothing like realizing you don't have an iron that early in the morning. I wish that they mentioned that they are available by request at check in or that you have to request a room cleaning.

Considering the location, "on the highway," the price isn't too high, the hotel service is very friendly, and the food in the restaurant is recommendable. Regarding the room, I have a few comments: first of all, the bed and mattress, which clearly have been through a lot and could tell more than one story. Regarding the bathroom, the shower has no choice: it pours water on your head or you don't shower. The only option is a downpour. The drain clogs in seconds, so if you plan on taking a long, hot shower, you have to be prepared for the water flooding your room. In my opinion, the friendly service and good food mostly earn a 6 out of 10.

Very heavy cheap perfume odour every where at the hotel, not for allergics!! Waitresses at restaurant were more interested in i-pads than customers.
