Lovely staff, rooms were clean very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was of excellent quality and on early check out they even prepared a takeway snack for us. Also sorted out transfers and a tourist trip. We all enjoyed this hotel. Rooms slightly dated but fully equipped and as stated comfortable. Hapily stay again if we returned to Poland.

Old fashioned hotel, scrupulously clean and comfortable. Great location for Jewish quarter and only a 15 minute walk to old town. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the breakfast wasn't the best. Not a great choice and not the best quality of ingredients. But it was ok and i would stay here again

Tram start at 4.30am just in front of the Hotel and it is impossible to sleep afterwards. Tea and coffee facilities (in this time and age) are not provided in rooms

Central, clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Just a short 15 min walk to main square. We had a nice room which was nice and quiet. Only downside no kettle and tv channels limited

Was unsure to book due to mixed reviews however due to price and location decided to go for it. So glad we did, great hotel. Quite, nicely decorated rooms and excellent location. Good choice of breakfast options and would recommend. If there is one negative I’d say it would have been nice to have a kettle but honestly, that’s it.

Lovely hotel although, no kettle or drink making facilities . I chose this because it said it had a coffee shop and bar, We are of an age where after a day of walking and sightseeing we just want to relax with a drink before bed. We did not find either or were told by hotel staff of such facilities. Slightly disappointed with this. We also asked to change room after first night because the trams pass by every 5-10 mins from 4.30/5am till 11pm and are so noisy. Luckily they accommodated us.
