Bardzo przyjemne miejsce z pysznymi śniadanami. Pokoje nowoczesne i czysciutkie. Obsługa bardzo miła. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miłe zaskoczenie jeśli chodzi o basen ktory wymaga wczesniejszej rezerwacji dzięki czemu nie jest przepelniony. Warty polecenia i z checia tam wrocimy :) Pozdrawiamy

The single room was a good size, clean, tidy, and modern. The reception staff should be friendlier to guests.

Room spotless

Breakfast not worth the money, the hot food was cold and not very tasty, morning staff were quite rude and not willing to assist. Night time and day time staff much more pleasant. Hotel was in a convenient location for exploring. Rooms were great, really quiet at night time.

Staff are rude- they make you feel stupid for asking simple questions. Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you put a tag on the door which we were provided in our room. Used the spa facilities and there were only 3 changing cubicles which men, women and children were allowed to use. Also, no clear signs to tell you which way is the spa in the changing room so I watched a man walk through the women’s showers in hopes he would end up in the spa area. One of the steam rooms was not working. To top it all off, the reception staff rang our hotel room telephone to ask us to return the wristband for the spa. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was done with some common sense- they rang after 9pm (after the spa has closed) to ask for this wristband. Baring in mind, we were running on 3 hours of sleep, spent all day walking around the city and just wanted a relaxing evening in the spa before we headed to our room to go to sleep. Did not need to call us and wake us up for a wristband they didn’t need until the morning after. And not to mention, there were far too many people let in at once into the spa for it to be classed as ‘relaxing’. I’d say it was organized chaos. There was a trolley for dirty dishes by the lifts which had the same dirty dishes on all weekend round. I would not recommend anyone coming here, you’re better off spending the same money in a much nicer hotel. This hotel presents itself with luxury but it’s just a glamorized premier inn. Simply, don’t come here.

Polite staff, good size room with comfy beds and lovely warm bathroom! Spa facilities are in a separate hotel but good size pool with nice sauna and steam room. Ideal location, 8 min walk to the main city

Immaculately clean hotel. Lovely, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower room. The buffet style breakfast was delicious with a huge amount of choices. Lovely staff; friendly and professional. Excellent location with a ten minute stroll into the old town. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay, breakfast was great and the room was clean. Just wished the room was a bit bigger and had a bathtub , but it did have a big shower room.

Anna on Reception had my wife and I checked in and keys allocated with experienced efficiency. Staff were all pleasant and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast had excellent variety and food was great! Hotel was in great location for the Old City. Many thanks to all!

I arrived way past midnight due to a diverted flight. Expedia spoke to the hotel and they were happy to accommodate my unusually late arrival. Their check-in closes at midniht normally.

Really good value for money! Upgraded to the double room on the ground floor. Spa was great! Great location 10 minute walk to town and very close to the forum shopping. Would recommend and would come back!

The pool is not on site. This makes swimming not an easy option for guests

The hotel is in a convenient area about ten minutes walk to the Main Street. The room was large (Superior Double) with a fridge and water machine on each corridor. The breakfast is ok but there are plenty of other options in walkable distance.

I really loved staying here. Will definitely choose them again when i am here
