Room was small and dsted but clean. Food was food. Staff's English was limited.

Had an amazing stay. Very quiet and cosy place even that is located close to the busy motorway. Staff at the Reception - very polie and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Good hotel for a business trip. Around 20 min taxi ride from the centre of town. Hotel room (Junior Suite) was spacious and very clean. Overall good value!

Recently just stayed here for a total of 5 nights. Hotel was beautiful, clean and provided a very comfortable nights sleep. Staff very friendly and breakfast available in the morning, bar open until late. Tram available directly into Wroclaw with a 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre which is close by. Limited resturaunts available close by so requires travel for other resturaunts, however McDonald's is 5 minutes away, and uber is very cheap

Nice hotel, small quiet bar with friendly barman. Clean place, nice cars on display and convenient for business as it is close enough to the airport and town by taxi. I asked for a taxi to be outside for 3am and it was done, very good service.

Very easy to find being just off a main road - easy to park and even though I do not speak Polish all the staff I dealt with spoke perfect English. What stuck in my mind was the waiter in the restaurant. Spoke English better than most natives, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant and catered for everyone buffet style. Really tasty. I used the hotel as a stop off for relocation through to Bulgaria so I can't comment on the local amenities. Stayed for one night and then off again in the morning.

great hotel, food was excellent. very modern and quiet, lovely staff, not great english but managable. wifi was poor in my room.

Good staff,but with more improvements would be better,Not many people spoke English in the city,which makes it hard to understand.

Very nice hotel--we had a great night's sleep. Nice and friendly front desk crew made for an easy check-in. Minor issues were the free wifi (which hardly worked at all--strong signal, but nothing loaded) and the limited number of elevators--had to wait 10-15 minutes for one to check out.

One night stopover on our tour, would stay again if we were in the area

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Wroclaw close to the new ring road and therefore easily accessible from the airport and into the city centre. Trams to the city centre are a 10 minute walk away and costs about UK£0.50 while a taxi costs less then UK£5.00. A taxi to the airport is about UK £8.00. The hotel is modern and clean and breakfast is in a bright impressive restaurant where a good buffet breakfast is served costing PLN100 per person. Breakfast is served until 10.30 am. and the only objection we had was the removal of all food at 10.25 am. It didn’t impact on us but we did see some guests missing any breakfast despite being there before the 10.30 deadline. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and a reasonable size with complimentary bottled water. The cost of the hotel was very good value compared to the city centre hotels and well worth the small inconvenience of getting to the city centre. We lived in Wroclaw for several years and know the city well and we will most definitely consider this hotel when next in Wroclaw.
