Property visibly worn out a bit. Obviously seen the better days. Worst one: air conditioning not working in my room. After unseasonably warm, sunny day the southern exposure room was really hot and stuffy. Because of that I could not fall asleep before 3 am when the room finally cooled down thanks to open windows. Not the kind of trouble you expect from $100 (quite steep for provincial town in Poland) hotel room.

Hotel is a little far from main attraction (to walk). They had a cocktail on the night of my stay so we had noise until 2am. Mattress are extremely soft for me. Big room and big bathroom.

This is a well kept hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and decent room sizes. Quiet rooms and good food make this place one of the better hotels in Bygoszcz.

This is not my regular hotel when I travel to Bydgoszcz, however it may just be my new favourite.
The building has been tastefully converted from its previous use and has great views over the river.
The terrace at the rear of the hotel is nice and the restaurant service was good, combined with a tasty menu it was in hindsight a good thing my regular hotel was full.
It is a short taxi ride from the centre of town or a 20 minute walk.
The rooms were tastefully decorated and a good size.
Overall I can recommend this hotel.

We stay few nights after Xmas. We had only one issue. The hotel bar has been close at 22:00 Plus the chose of alcohol was poor. A part this we had a good stay.

Lovely Hotel and great value. We mistakenly booked a twin room and asked to be moved to a double. Immediately assisted. Great attitude from all staff members. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Bydgoszcz.

My room overlooked the river, so aside from foot traffic is very quiet, and also pleasant scenery. The hotel is superb - rooms nice, breakfast fine, scrambled eggs are loose and moist which is unusual (and I like).
The neighborhood is uninspiring. However, the tram stop is right there and a 7 minute ride (plus usually under 3 minute wait) takes you to restaurants etc.

We may have had the best room in the hotel, Room 213 with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Brda River.
Twin beds were quite comfortable, though a bit narrow, and the mattresses tended to slide off the box spring.
Room was spacious and well equipped, with table, couch, chairs and desk.
There was a big party that had large speakers at high volume directed at my windows until 2 am the night before I left, which was annoying as we had to get up early to catch a train.
There were no other issues during a one week stay. This is the only 4 star hotel in Bydgoszcz. Price was reasonable, 1780 zloty for a week, about $475 USD.

It's an alright hotel, but as it turned out it's also spider central. We found loads of spiders in our room and even the hallway passages on our floor were blocked by spider webs.
Other than that the cleaning staff could have been doing a better job. They left dirty dishes, rubbish and failed to replace coffee, soap and most importantly toilet roll. Overall, this poor cleanliness left a bad impression for an otherwise ok hotel.
