All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great. The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Only downside was the location - ground floor next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the night with traffic driving over cobbled road.

My only complaint with this hotel is their slow draining shower; flooded the bathroom which I had to mitigate after a long day of travel. I called front desk and told them about it. Sent a nice lady with 2 towels. That’s all the fix we have got. Good thing it was only 2 nights, so I decided to just use up all the towels and bathrobes to deal with the bathroom flooding. Not what i expected to experience in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything else acceptable.

A beautiful Property and probably one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in for a city hotel. Conveniently situated for dining options and historic buildings. I stayed in a ground floor King with very high ceilings, which was really well equipped and immaculate. Staff friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was there for business but would definitely return for a weekend break.
