Excellent hotel! Really beautiful property and rooms, everything we could ask for, at a good rate.

We enjoyed our stay at the INX Design Hotel. We found the hotel to be perfect for our needs and a great base to explore all the wonderful spots in Krakow. The surrounding area is filled with great cafes, bars and restaurants and the Old Town is easily walked to about in 20 minutes. Wawel Castle is also around a 10-15 min walk. We found the hotel to offer great value for money and were not bothered by the passing of trams which although could be heard from our room, did not disturb us at all. The hotel has good amenities and although we found the gym to be a little small, it was perfectly serviceable. The only downsides of our stay was that the pillows were a little clumpy and the lighting in the room could be slightly better but these are very minor overall. We will be very happy to stay at the INX next time we visit Krakow.

It was simple yet refined

The hotel is very convenient for all areas of interest. Especially for access to Jewish quarter for restaurants. The old town was also in walking distance to the hotel. Hotel offered a reasonable breakfast and having 12.Oclock check out was very helpful.

Room and location was perfect. Food options are very limited. Only serve food until 10, they said they stopped serving when i tried to order. Room service didnt work, only one bar staff and he was too busy

DEFINITELY NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL!!! I was given a second floor room to hotel street front area on arrival. As soon as I opened the door, the tram cart went bye rumbling and I knew it would be impossible to get any rest. The room was also small with a slanted beam roof right on top of the bed. I went back to reception was told all they had available at the time was another similar room on the fifth floor. Since I was tired after a very long travel, I took it. Noise from tram cart was still an issue, room was claustrophobic due to slanted roof, rain noise banged on slanted glass windows on top of bed area during entire stay-part of slanted roof. Tiny bathroom shower was also claustrophobic. I lived two years in Europe and visited many hotels during travels; this hotel is not comparable to a normal 4-star facility by any means.. Food at hotel lobby restaurant was horrible-got a barely-warm hamburger with easily two large scoops of mayonnaise, and drink arrived finally half way through meal after repeated request. This is simply a substandard hotel facility and I was deceived by its completily undeserved rating.

Everything was fine except we had to change the room key four or five times before they gave us a real key. We enjoyed the location, the staff, the room, the cleaning, the excelent breakfast -- all were fine given the price. Recommend it.

All was good. Apart from the mattress. It’s a personal preference but I found it too soft and woke up with a back ache each day.

Overall a very pleasant stay, easy checkin, clean, quiet and near everything.

Cute hotel but room was a little dated and wallpaper ripped where they hoped no one would see. Staff were lovely and super helpful! Also the bed was super comfy.

Very convenient for Main Square, Jewish Quarter and transport systems. Had a side facing room and not troubled by noise from the road. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast selection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend Inx Design hotel. Busy road at the front, so noisy at times. Id still give them 9/10. Service was spot on. Dziękuję

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Tram stop 50 metres away. Great bar with great food options. Definitely stay again. About £30 for an airport taxi, but easy and less than tenner by train/tram.

Lovely hotel. We stayed in the Wawel suite, we stay in a lot of suites and this is one of the best we have experienced so far. Love the jacuzzi, it’s absolutely huge. I asked for them to arrange a heart decoration on the bed for my partner’s birthday and paid for the birthday cake to be delivered on the last morning of our stay at 9am and they were very punctual. The service we received from all the staff was amazing, I’d absolutely stay in this hotel again when visiting Kraków. Also, for some reason we got a free welcome drink due to booking via Expedia which was a nice surprise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given vouchers for 2 complimentary drinks on arrival. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The freely available filtered water on each floor was an unexpected perk. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the city’s attractions. When the power went out in our room on the last night of our stay, desk staff promptly moved us to another room without question. I would highly recommend staying at the INX Design Hotel.

Super hotel, very well situated with bars and food options all around it. There is tram stops right outside the door of the hotel. The staff were friendly and I found our room was very cool and comfortable. Only negative was the shower in the room, it had a lot of limescale build up so it didn't work properly, especially the waterfall head.
