This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here!

Very clean, quiet, and a stroll away from the old town Square. Thoughtful amenities and eager to provide assistance. Only negative is lack of elevator but help is provided to port baggage.

We stayed with our son in a 2br family suite. Lots of room and great location for the Old Town.

The suite was newly renovated. It was very clean and comfortable. A lot of little additional touches to make your stay pleasant. Good location and a few minutes walk to old town and the Royal route. The entrance to the building, the court yard, the stairs are run down and need to be updated . A bit of contrast with everything brand new in the rooms.

Stunning apartment and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe and looked after. The place was gorgeous and very stylish, I lacked nothing.

This lovely aparthotel is truly in the BEST location possible: you are in a quiet oasis only five minutes walking to the heart of the old town. The owners clearly care a lot about their property and include all kinds of extras/nice touches in the room to make sure your stay is perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is a partially renovated building, the room itself is nice and well appointed. The location is great for old town, total way access. The area may seem sketchy to some, for myself it was more than workable and offers gla good location. Check out the footbridge across the Vistula that is very close for a great view of Warsaw from the other side of the river. The St Anne's cathedral tower is also very close offering great views of old town and the Royal way.

This was a perfect location to Old Town. It was a 5 minute walk from many eateries and activities. It was quiet in a neighborhood. Found a great cafe just up the street. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was in a great location was quite large and had a very comfortable bed. The desk attendants were helpful and we very much enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April 2025. It was in a very easy to access location and had a nice view of St. Anne's Church and the Palace from the street. It is down the hill from the Old Town but has an easy path to get up there. Our room was upgraded and was very comfortable. It was very spacious and quiet, despite being right by the Old Town. The bathroom was also very large. There were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge which was very nice after a long day of travel. We had a sofa, wardrobe, coffee table, desk, mirror, etc. They had also prepared little goody baskets for us which had a toothbrush, razor, slippers, face towel and some gummy bear. It was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at in a while. The staff were very friendly and messaged ahead of time. I also alerted them that my husband might be reaching the hotel ahead of me as he had to come early on business and they were very communicative. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Warsaw.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have a lovely team and Nicole and her husband who own the place seem very friendly. The rooms were clean and they had nice touches in the room. They were all very helpful and I would come back. We had an ant issue in the room that was never fully resolved which is why I can't rate this place higher. I do think we were unlucky with this and for that reason I'd come back.

Wondering place to stay. Near Old Town. My son really enjoyed the bike rental and got good use out it! Room is nice. Owners are very nice and accommodating people! Perfect place to stay near Old Town.

After traveling to 25 countries, this is by far one of our favorite stays! The room was impeccably clean, there were ample towels, they provided a tremendous amount of complimentary items, to include treats, drinks, a razor, toothbrush, eyeglass cleaner (too much to list). The hosts are super friendly, always available, and just made the stay that much more welcoming. It is a very short walk to the town center (my 80 year old mother made it just fine). There's a small store and coffee shop steps away and a supermarket just in town. It's a quiet street, which is a nice reprieve. I recommend 10/10!

Great location just outside the old town centre, ideal if you want to be dropped off outside the hotel by taxi like I did. It's a quiet area and near public transport. I was in one of the bigger rooms and it was wonderful. Good use of space with layout and a very comfortable room. Staff and owners were friendly and owners were super with fixing the safe in my room. Would recommend.

This hotel was an absolute delight! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything while still being peaceful and quiet—perfect for a solo traveller looking for a relaxing stay. The rooms are beautifully renovated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, tea, and snacks, which were a lovely touch. The goodbye gift was an unexpected and thoughtful surprise that made my experience even more special. Above all, the staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to making guests feel welcome. This hotel goes above and beyond in every way, and I would happily stay here again!
