Had a problem with the front desk but the manager was incredible and took care of the situation in a very appropriate manner.

Great location!

The property is very nice and well located! They have contraction outside. We requested a better room but were not granted. The beds are super comfortable. Had a medical emergency and they let us check out with out any penalty. The front deck staff could be more friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel however the ac wasn’t working properly and the room was hot.

Absolutely recommend. Fabulous hotel. Fabulous concierge. Best location in the city. You can walk anywhere from here. Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. Great location and the most fabulous breakfast. Beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a great area and it’s super easy to walk around. The hotel in itself is really nice. However, we had issues from the moment we checked in. We had chosen this hotel specifically for its room sizes since it seemed like all the other hotels around the area had really small rooms. When we checked in they gave us a room that was probably 200sqf and had no windows, just a wall as a view…definitely not the room we booked. If we would have wanted a small room we could have gotten one right in front of the river with a beautiful view. Went back to the front desk and they moved us to the room we had reserved initially…so that was our first impression. Not sure why they did that. The new room was super comfortable and the beds were great with plush pillows and thick amazing down comforters. The only issue was that the AC did not work properly so we were sweating the whole night. The next day we told the hotel about it and they sent someone to repair it but basically nothing changed. We told the front desk about it and they said they would send a fan up to the room and give us lighter bedding by the time we came back from dinner. When we got back late at night there was no fan, no light bedding, NOTHING! When we told the front desk about it all they did was offer an apology. Not sure if I would stay here again or recommend it based on the staff responses to situations.

This hotel did an excellent job from beginning to end. The service was world class. The hotel is beautiful and well appointed. I would return to this hotel if I am ever in Porto

Great experience with friendly helpful staff who made the stay pleasurable; great property with elegant accommodations and conveniently located very central and easy to walk or get transportation. Would definitely returns

The Hotel is beautiful inside and outside. I like the central location of the hotel which made it easier to walk everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent hotel 10/10

Large rooms and very friendly staff; unfortunately lots of construction work taking place in front of the hotel to extend the subway line but rooms are soundproof.

Excellent service, location

The hotel has very good location, i bought a view that was no possible due to a major construction a cross the street of the hotel, expedia or the jotel did not advise or reduce the price of the room with that view, the staff is very nice, concierservices make a difference going betond to make your stay nice
