Good all round. Especially as the staff were overrun with travellers. Line ups were 3/4 deep and 20’ long and then the power outage made things worse. No hot food and emergency lights. Staff excellent. Room too. Would like another chance as we’d paid for another night and desk clerk said he’d save it to sell to someone else, holding it till 8am if our flight was cancelled All hotels fully booked/airport cancelling flights

As we were unable to use all the facilities and we couldn’t access customer services due to the outage issue, we are unable to give a true reflection of the hotel. We were unable to get food from room service as nothing could be cooked. We asked for extra coffee but none appeared and we only had one coffee cup in the room. Really sad that we could not get a true feel for the hotel but realise that we were lucky to get a hotel room on the day.

The lighting in the room is terrible you can hardly see. The rooms and bathroom are all good. The restaurant and staff very good. The proximity to the airport you can walk.

Clean and the front desk staff was wonderful our plane landed before check in so we walked the 2 blocks to the motel and they worked with us to get us checked in early since we were on the plan all night.

Wood laminate floor by shower was damaged (should be tile). Room was dark, lots of mood lighting but no bright lights. Front desk person was lovely and helpful, but it took a while to check in because all the other front desk people kept asking for his help.

This is a fantastic property with wonderful staff. It is a very convenient location if you need to catch an early flight out of Lisbon. I would definitely stay here again!
