The room was not well maintained. Mold in the shower room. Pretty bad.

staff very friendly family very professional made our stay very comfortable. guided us to all the tourist sites and gave us the instructions to make sure we didn't get lost. Felt very safe in their facility and overall. Would recommend it for a safe and warm place to stay. Only one more thing to mention is that there is no elevator but sat

Staff was super rude and the person in charge was horrible, never again.

The property was located in the town very near to everything and the beach was beautiful. Recommend the property for a short break. Only fault is because we had grandchildren with us and having to stay in at night the property advertised a bar/restaurant, which was one of the reasons i booked it, but there wasn't one. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

I had a room with two beds and private bathroom on the top floor. The showe was the smallest shower i have ever seen in my life. I am average in terms of body size but i had to go in sideways. Once inside i couldn’t bend down or wash my hair (my Arms would hit the sides). The toilet was broken and smelled like sewage so i complained and they just came in, mopped the floor with a dirty rag and it still stank. And the place was dirty. When i complained again, they just opened the window (landing right on a rooftop where neighbours were hand drying their clothes... so they could all just walk inside my room if i left the window opened. In fact they couldn’t at anytime cause that’s window did not lock. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear the girl in the room before BREATHING. I am not even worried exagerating. I expected the place to be « basic » but the toilet issue, shower too small to function and smell of sewage just made it unbearable. I would NOT stay here again.

The place is good for a short stay. Is well located (near the beach and near Tram, Bus stops), there is a good variety of restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets nearby. The room was super comfy, the personnel was amazing and very attentive. Would definitely come back if it was just me.

El personal no habla español pero nos entienden perfectamente!hacen lo posible por explicarte todo y la verdad que son muy atentos.

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und man konnte die Nachbarn hören.

Bastante mala,los colchones de muelles que se te clavan en la espalda,para llegar a la habitación hay que subir un montón de escaleras super empinadas, la nuestra era en plan ático y había que andar agachado, aparte de lo pequeña que era.la zona aunque no muy lejos de la playa,1km más o menos,dejaba mucho que desear,para ir en familia poco recomendable, había un par de puti clubs cerca.yo desde luego no volveré.tambien quiero comentar que a la llegada, la mujer que había en recepción no nos pidió ni los los DNI, nos dijo que con la reserva era suficiente
