The room was clean and had the amenities needed. The staff was courteous.

The staff were very courteous and kind, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was a strong smell of mold, and the windows could not be opened, so the only ventilation was the air-conditioning. The water in the shower did not drain properly, and the room was much smaller than expected. The blanket and furnishings felt old and worn, giving the space a rather shabby impression overall. This hotel has good people working there, but the conditions of the room need significant improvement.

Great little hotel, great location, clean, confortable, nice staff and good value. The only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because there is no safe in the room. I understand that because its a 3 star hotel they don't need to put one in but it is short sighted by the brand. If you are visiting a city and you have valuables such as a passport, you don't want to be carrying it that around all do. Really silly not to have.

this place is a complete dump and TOTAL RIPOFF!!!! we were charged $898 (price of Browns hotel suite which was gorgeous we stayed night before) for what must be a $129 room! pretty much a hostel. bathroom was disgusting smelled like urban ne- garbage shower that leaks. the staff was sweet all 2 of them. BUT DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WISH TO OVERPAY FOR S SAD LITTLE DUMP. CHEAP CHEAPLY MADE JUST GROSS! bathroom inside the room like a prison

Excellent customer services. We told the reception if we could have breakfast earlier 7.15am rather than waiting till 7.30am when its supposed to start. Staff already organised our breakfast when we turned up. Thank you for a great service.

Lovely staff! All very helpful and kind, spoke excellent English and were very accomodating when I arrived at 630am with an overnight flight from the US. Breakfast is 10 euro and a very good deal with lots of fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants, cereal and also bacon and eggs. They even had soy milk for the coffee. I took a few day trips from Lisbon, and the hotel stored my luggage for 4 euro a day. The hotel is centrally located, easy to get everywhere and there are plenty of good restaurants, cafes, even a starbucks within 5 min walk. The hotel also has an elevator, even though it is an old, renovated building. The one tiny fault I could find is that there is no desk or chair in the room, but instead two large planters that are often in the way and a bathroom that is only enclosed with glass, not very private. As I was traveling solo, these were not big issues, but with two people in the room, it will be difficult to lay out your things. The hotel is also extremely humid when it rains and the bathroom was renovated so thatvthe wood floor goes right to the shower and is therefore a little moldy. For the price, great service and location, these are very small issues.

The room was good. It’s small but stylish and had everything that I needed. The only upsetting thing was that the view from the window - a wall 1 meter away 😅

Nice property walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast option worth the price. Only issue was slowing drainage of shower.

Cool place bang in the middle of the fanciest street

This hotel was very clean and a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in so many ways. When we return to this area, we will stay here again.

This was a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's very close to a popular area. I felt safe and had a nice time there, and the furnishings and fixtures of the room were very nice. It did not have a fridge or anything to make coffee or tea, just a heads up to those who like to do that. The one thing that was a bit of a problem for me was my room was very close to the street and to the lobby so it was loud. But overall I would recommend this hotel because of all of the positives, especially to those who want to be in a central area with shopping, restaurants, and bars that is also safe.

Lovely stay in a great location. Very convenient to metro stops and meeting points for tours.

First: about the hotel itself. Pristinely clean. Felt brand new. Bed is beyond comfortable and air conditioner worked nicely. Staff is very friendly and always on duty. Location is great. You are tucked on a side street just far enough for it to be silent in your room, but mere 20-30 steps from the action on the avenue (there was an incredible band playing in the park. Couldn’t hear them at all in my room - but they were great entertainment when outside.) Very easy access to a metro and bus station. Lots of great coffees and eats within the walking distance. Highly recommend for your stay in Lisbon.
