When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were super friendly and even helped us out with directions. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the team in the restaurant were just as helpful. The place was really clean and had a safe, cozy vibe. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is super clean, conducive -minutes walk to all the spots and what stick to me the most are the Staff! They are very nice, friendly and very welcoming to all the guests.

Great customer service, clean rooms Pefect location

Fantastic hotel - would absolutely stay again! The property is new and was built rock solid so you do not hear neighbors unless they blast music through open windows (which did happen a couple times, but it was mid-evening, so totally understandable). Location is perfect with many attractions in walking distance, but also plenty of amenities available right in the building if you don't feel like going anywhere. The toiletries in the room were among the best I've used in a hotel! Quality ingredients like argan oil and such so I was able to use their shampoo and conditioner which I pretty much can never do at other hotels. Really, my only criticisms are: 1. Horrible pour over coffee packets in room with powdered condiments. These were undrinkable - even instant would have been better. 2. Probably a goof with housekeeping, but when I arrived late the first night, I couldn't find an available power outlet or USB charger anywhere near the bed to charge my phone. The next morning, with more light, I could see the bedframe had built-in USB ports in the frame. I plugged my phone in, but they didn't work. Had to crawl under the bed and wrangle with the power cord that had been unplugged. No reason that should ever be unplugged.

It’s was amazing overall. When I come back to Porto. I will stay here It’s right down town and a new hotel.

This was perfect for being central to everything yet walkable to Gaia. This place was everthing promised and more. I highly recommend staying here. And the rooftop bar and pool were a great bonus!

Shower is hard to figure out. Location is central to everything.

Great hotel. Great location near the metros for the airport and out to wider afield. Great breakfast. Great rooftop bar but the tiny paddling pool is pointless. My only trivial complaint is that the pillows were as useless as the rooftop pool but I'm sure they'd have provided another if I'd asked. Recommended.

Muy recomendado , céntrico , limpio y se duerme muy bien , muy recomendado y la ciudad de Oporto hermosa en mi opinión la recomiendo más que Lisboa si tuviera que elegir una de las dos

Wow, wow, wow! Truly one of the most aesthetically pleasing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was so beautifully polished and put together. The rooftop bar & pool was one of our highlights of our trip to Porto, we spent every evening overlooking the city sipping on drinks from the bar. The room itself was compact but every space was used smartly. The bathroom & shower was one of my favorites as well, the water pressure and heat in the shower was fantastic, I was actually a little sad having to leave that shower. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The only issue we ran into was our AC in our room seemed to struggle a bit keeping up, when I brought the issue to the front staff they had a technician up to our room very quickly to resolve the issue. Even after they fixed it, the next day it still seemed to struggle a bit but overall it was still an amazing stay and I would definitely return. The location is amazing! Everything we needed or wanted to explore was about a 15-20minute walk from the hotel, our favorite part of Porto which was exploring around the river was only a 10-15 minute walk away. All of the restaurants around the hotel were absolutely amazing too!!! A great spot for Porto newcomers.

Hotel in a great location that feels fresh and new. The communal areas including the rooftop are a nice extra. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

This hotel was great and I only wish we would have spent more time in Porto to enjoy it more. The rooms were clean, the area was central to so much and it had strong wifi. I would stay here again.
