The hotel itself is very centrally located on a beautiful Avenue comparable to the Champs Elysees, Rodeo Drive and the Americana in Manhasset ;). The area is safe with tree-lined streets and plentiful shops. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with a stunning lobby, full service spa and breathtaking views from the rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed our plentiful breakfast each morning. Our group included an allergic traveler. Specifically, Teresa Maria, Rafael Gomes, Daniel and several others went above and beyond to make sure we not only were cared for/completely pampered in the safest way possible.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Every detail, from the impeccable cleanliness to the flawless service, exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional, attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were elegantly designed, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat and I have to mention the incredible buffet. Without a doubt, this hotel set the standard for excellence. Highly recommended!

Just a horrible overall experience. NO HOT WATER every day of our stay. Staff unable to fix problems. Electrical outlets in room and bathroom did not work. Blow dryer was broken.

Well, very cool interior and lovely views all around. The river view is probably the best side. The skill and caring of the staff is unmatched, from the cleaning lady to the bellmen... everyone. However I did expect to find... an exhaust fan in the bathroom... an ice bucket and ice machine on the floor... a bar of soap for the shower (you only get a small one for hand-washing and liquid bath gel)... more than one socket available to plug into (and that one had a 3-way split with only one opening available)... We were awaken by loud cars/bikes on Thursday & Friday night, and kids running in a hall... for a top-dollar place was a bit noisier than expected. So it's a 5 star hotel with only a 4-star experience (for American expectations) - but I don't know another hotel there that you would enjoy more.

Overall nice facility. Sadly the first night, the bathroom has a foul smell (smelt like sewage). The staff offered to change rooms but couldn't accommodate adjoining rooms (we needed adjoining rooms to fit our family). We were moved to new rooms the following night, but another issue surfaced that evening - a loud noise emanating from the ceiling (loud squealing noise from the ceiling). It was determined that this noise was from the water pipes in the building. Thankfully this sound stopped but was a major inconvenience when trying to sleep. The staff was gracious in attempting to resolve the issues. But we had a higher expectation from this property than what was delivered. Won't be staying here again.

Love this property. From the second we pulled up they handled everything. Car, reservations, luggage, everything was handled. Room was well stocked and excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if staying in Lisbon
