This property is in a great location for all kinds of exploration. A short walk to hop on to the Metro taking you on a short direct ride going towards the water as well as the airport. Airport line was a huge bonus. A quick Metro ride takes you straight to Terminal 1. Also, there are many stores and cafes for quick, easy and delicious food options in the surrounding area.

Well maintained property with exceptional staff. The marble entrance extends all the way through the bar area and to the restaurant. The staff could not be more attentive and helpful with restaurant suggestions and reservations. I would not hesitate at al to highly recommend this hotel.

This properly is definitely NOT 4 star. It’s more like 2 star. The rooms are very dated and old. Damaged floors & furniture everywhere. Bed sheets fine, but bed & mattress old.

Lovely modern hotel about 3 miles north of downtown, very friendly helpful staff. Problems with getting drinking water, they would only allow us one bottle at a time and we had to go down to the bar to exchange used bottle for a new one! We went to local shop to get large drinking water container. TV was only about 16 inches high upon wall so viewing from bed was very poor. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL TO LIMIT DRINKING WATER IN THIS RIDICULOUS WAY AND ALSO NOT TO HAVE A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV

Long distance phone calls didn't work and could not open window because it was locked , parking on street if you want to park on property only good if you have a small car and they charge you 20 euros not a bad place but Would not call it 4 star

I love this hotel, have stayed 3 times. Location is good, near 3 metro stations, it’s quiet at night. Bed is super comfy and nice bedsheets and pillows. My only issue is that there are no English news channels on the tv. ie, CNN or BBC or others. Only in Portuguese

The room we had looked and smelled old. The bathroom showed signs of age, and there was mold on some shower tiles. The hairdryer was barely working, I would recommend to bring your own and have 1 hour ahead of you to dry your hair. As for the student parties, just a heads-up, watch out for the university a street away, and their celebration schedule. On our first night in Portugal (i.e. tired and jet lagged), we were greeted with a very loud outdoor party happening almost under our street facing windows, with mics and amps . The music continued until 2 a.m., and earplugs didn't help. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault, but be warned of the proximity to the university.
