Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel

A lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and delightful staff in all areas. Always a friendly greeting and a smile. Efficient, professional and so veryhelpful. The location is great with inbuilt access to City Centre Mall and close to other attractions. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Doha

Amazing hotel in down town Doha, every need catered for, huge choice of restaurants and good shopping mall attached to hotel. Staff were amazing on every level. Were given a late checkout (4pm) which we really appreciated.

What a fantastic space with so much to offer! The breakfast was the biggest I’ve ever seen in my 40 years and the beds and pillows were so comfortable

It says the hotel is five stars, however the service provided inside the rooms it’s not as expected for 5* My comments are The king size bed is not comfortable at all and it’s very stiff The curtain inside the rooms are not practical at all to open it and to close them also, the blackout hard to close, the sun light comes inside. The TV remote is not responding unless you come closer to tv There is a big structure column in the room distributing moving freely. Minimum toiletry set, and the hand lotion smells like it is expired. Only one slipper and one bathrobe provided, and we were two guests. There is an enspresso coffee machine in the room, however, the capsules provided are from a very bad quality and taste bad. So we ordered black coffee for room service, but the coffee pot was old and has scratches, and the tray is plastic. It looked like I’m in a cheap cafeteria. The mini bar has no snacks at all. And the fridge was empty, not any kind of drinks. No prayer matt !!! having said all the negatives I noticed I also want to say some positive they have a lot of restaurants and different choices. That’s really good. The facility in the lobby and swimming pool and the gym are great to be honest. i gave it high 4* but not 5* for sure ..

The hotel is very good. And the food mostly excellent specially the breakfasts and the Brazilian restaurant Ipanina. The New York restaurant we found poor The WiFi was variable and could be very poor at times

Amazing view and comfort place

Excellent experience. Amazing hotel conveniently located beside a large mall. Restaurant quality as well as amenities were superb. The front desk representative who checked me in and assisted with procuring a room for my stay was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. I had a reservation through Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel the type of room I chose was fully booked so she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I remembered her name! Please pass this message to her and her supervisor if you can somehow check!
