Sleepover Doha North Node – formerly sleep ‘n fly

Clean rooms (and bathrooms) and well-designed, in a quiet area of airport. However, space is very small (as advertised). Despite two requests - -(made when booking) room was only available for 6 hours, not the 8 hours needed. Check out of 11 PM was enforced.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My stay was cut short because of a significant delay in our flight due to maintenance. When I asked about reserving the shower, she said it typically would cost but because I wasn’t getting my full stay, she was willing to reserve the shower for me free of charge. That is great customer service. Although, I do believe for the price, it should include the shower. It was nice to be able to rest in between flights. I will likely do the bunk next time because of very limited space in the single. Appreciated the complimentary beverages in the lounge.

Perfectly adequate - nothing fancy - does what it says on the tin

Our comfortable stay in the Sleepover in the Doha airport was exactly what we needed for an 8 hour layover before a 15 hour flight to the states. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our only unmet desire was that it would be nice to have the toilets on the same side of the facility as the rooms so we don't have to walk past the front desk and people waiting for flights. Otherwise, this was a perfect place to rest.

Excellent stay for a long layover. Beds are comfortable; the showers are clean and well equipped; and the noise level is perfect for getting restful sleep.

Everything was to my needs

The pods were small but had little nooks where you could store your things. It was quiet during the night. The temp was variable and they had given a pillow and an airplane blanket as cover. It was hot to start but got cold in the middle of the night. They should have given something a bit more sturdier but I imagine it’s tough to clean those. I had temp control in my room but was too sleepy to play around and adjust it. Overall a great value.

Does just what it says on the label. A good nights sleep on a mattress instead of an airport chair. Well worth it especially when arriving at night ahead of a morning flight. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful

I’d strongly recommend avoiding this property. The bed was as hard as a brick, making it incredibly uncomfortable. The sleep pods feel more like wardrobes than actual rooms, and while there’s supposed to be individual control for aircon and lighting, the air conditioning was completely ineffective. I set it to 15°C, but the temperature stayed at 27°C all night. I only managed a broken 2.5 hours of sleep, constantly disturbed by people coming and going in the corridor. Overall, you’d genuinely be better off sleeping on the floor at the airport than staying in one of these pods. Hugely disappointing.

So much better than sleeping in the departure lounge and worrying about my bags, or going out of the airport to a hotel and losing a couple of hours sleep. I stayed for 6h and slept solidly between my flights.

Although the sleep lounge is far in the back of the airport it was very comfortable and clean. Upon arrival you can treat yourself to a complementary drink (tea,coffee, and a few sofa options). The bed was comfortable and was well ventilated with a thermostat you can control your room temperature. The only thing I didn’t like was you had to leave the sleeping area to goin the general airport area to use the bathroom but overall I had a 10/10 experience and would recommend.

I had an amazing 10 hours of rest and relaxation in the middle of long layover.
