used to work here before , was really looking forward to seeing my colleagues I stumbled upon Bhuti Siyabonga was very happy one of my mentors in the front desk smooth check in. loved being back where I was taught!

Great stay, room were small as we booked for 3 people. Location was really good and connected to a shopping centre!

The pool isnt blue at all. Was green I upgraded and paid for 2 executive rooms with lounge access. The description says espresso machine and had nothing. When i called reception they argued with me that the room does not come with the espresso machine. Kids club is just a small room with filthy and broken toys. The tv is removed from the wall, just the remote is there. Staff are rude and unhelpful at reception. Akash is very rude and needs to learn how to treat guests. No turn down service. Entrances to the mall are all closed except one which is difficult to get to as the lift close to it does not work. No halal options at all for lounge access guests. Hotel areas. Other guests were very noisy, drunk and making scenes at reception as well as by the pool area. Definitely not a hotel for families

The Hotel is amazing, and everything. I was disappointed with service from front desk. Extended our stay and booked sea view and we were swoped around our room was given to some guest and were left to occupy the room we did not book. Our welcome message was still giving us the initial room which was 1222. We were forced to stay 8th floor as there were no longer rooms available on the 01 Jan 2025.

Great Hotel, but the promised sea view was really a view of the adjacent construction site with the sea visible in the corner of your eye.

Built of property is cheap , all the room smelled damp because they are leaks and no ventilation in bathrooms.

The service was good and at surface level the room appeared clean. However I mistakenly dropped something under the bed and found months-worth of dust underneath! The finishes were also less refined, a lot of patchwork on the ceiling, many holes on the tiles in the bathroom, etc. Not the usual Radisson standard
