We had an absolutely wonderful stay — everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is ideal, with easy access to both historic sites and charming neighborhoods, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. From the hospitality to the overall ambiance, everything was just right. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

A perfect place to say closer to Prague Castle. We stayed at two different hotels in our time in Prague. One hotel close to the main square, and this hotel. Prague Castle is quite a hike from the main square, but from this hotel it is a much more convenient walk. You also have access to countless bars and restaurants, only steps from this hotel. The hotel itself is also beautiful. We loved our room, the common areas, and the rooftop terrace was so wonderful. We cannot wait to return to Prague and this will definitely be where we stay next time!

Amazing stay, check in was very quick and was given our room earlier than the check in time, a beautiful room with a fruit platter and bottle of wine on arrival, the room was nice and warm and very clean and spacious,
The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, I have a dairy allergy and was pleased to see soya milk at the breakfast table, it’s hard to find in lots of hotels so this was nice to see,
Would highly recommend, the only negative thing was that we only stayed for 1 night. Wish we stayed longer!

Excellent customer service. Easy walk to Charles Bridge and Prague castle. Access to beautiful Vrtba garden. Early check in allowed. Wonderful view from the terrace. Very nice breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Beautiful ambiance and art work. Extremely clean and spacious room. The garden was an excellent addition. Such a great breakfast range, my partner with food intolerances didn't need to ask for anything different/off menu.
