Overall a very good experience. Property is well located and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was ample and good. Close proximity to Old Town and a short train ride to the castle. Only issue we had was the heat one night was excessive (they had yet to turn on the air conditioning). To resolve we opened up the windows to bring the temperature down and closed them when we went to sleep. Property is used by Viking tours which speaks to its quality. Property is also close to a number of restaurant choices. There is a restaurant on site and we found the quality of the food and service to be very good.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and want to share our experience with you.
The check-in process was fast and we got our 2 rooms right away at 12 noon and we even upgraded one room.
The rooms are large and spacious and have everything you need for a stay, a large bed, comfortable bedding, a variety of pillows, a mini bar, a TV, a coffee maker and more.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a bathtub, a bathrobe and towels of different sizes.
The breakfast was very varied with a selection of vegetables, eggs, sausages, ham, a selection of cheeses and fruits, a specific station for ordering omelets, a selection of cakes and breads, a selection of juices, and on top of all this the excellent staff of the dining room led by Ms. Stepanka who welcomed us every morning with a wide and warm smile and took care of all our needs.
The hotel's location in the city center very close to Vaclavske namesti allows quick access to most attractions within a short walk or by public transportation.

A wonderful experience, fabulous location, fantastic staff with every comfort catered for.
I liked the eco touches and the room size and opulent bathroom in particular. The breakfasts were another highlight, superbly organised with so much delicious choice, both healthy and hearty as you could want.

Room was much better than expected, I love my hotel rooms to have some Hygge.
The champagne in the room on arrival was a great addition after a long day travelling.
Hotel rooms with bath tubs are few and far between, but was made use of due to a bit of flu that came with us on our journey.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check in a breeze.
The highlight of our stay though has to be the amazing buffet breakfast, the food was amazing and so many options including and omelette station. The staff very attentive and you would never be left with an empty coffee cup.
When we come back to Prague, we shall for sir being stating here.

The location is very good, close to the train station and all the atractions, we walk everywhere. Lots of reataurants, pharmacie and groceries nearby.
The service was excellent, a very good breakfast and for the price is a very confortable room.
I love Praga so I will come back, and will stay in the same hotel. Thank you
