Hostel Eleven

Staff was friendly and nice. However, building, hallways, kitchen and bathroom was smelling location is perfect. With cheap price, it's worth to stay there for few days

Nice enough hostel in the centre of a quiet city. A little difficult to find and kitchen areas a bit small, but bedrooms are well sized and bunk beds surprisingly comfortable

Check in was no problem. The bed frame of my bottom bunk unfortunately broke on my first night. But housekeeping was able to fix it by the next morning. The bathrooms and showers were shared down the hall, but there wasn’t any stools in the showers to place a bag down on them without more door hooks. My only complaint is that housekeeping brought their little daughter to work with them every day, running down the halls. So if you’re trying to mind your business, brushing your teeth in the communal bathroom, she might just barge in and it would be bothersome. So be warned if you’re a late riser like myself.

Good for 1 night in the city center. Be prepared to some noise from the street, because windows are open due to warm weather. I suggest to have sleeping mask and earplugs. Beds and sheets are clean, the comfort is average. Handy locked box under the bed to store the bag etc. Chairs from the old Tatra T3 tram are nice. Nice and positive staff. Bar entrance just next door.

The big problem was the false advertising of free parking included. There's no free parking, and public parking nearby is very expensive (€45/24h). Shower is badly designed, the corner behind the bath tub has a lot of black mold, and lots of shower water overflow getting the whole bathroom wet. The bed was awful, the slats of the double bed on the loft are not attached, when they move a bit you fall to the floor with the mattress (happened twice to me, once to my wife). The apartment was pretty dirty. The mold can be cleaned, the dust vacuumed, the bed fixed. The price is low, do maybe these things can be expected. By the false advertising of free parking is just criminal.

We had this great little apartment in a room with such a high ceiling, there was a loft which made it essentially a duplex apartment. The building has an elevator, and there were no other residences on our floor. The bathroom had a giant bathtub in it. Only downside, the bed was not the most comfortable, but i would definitely stay there again.

Misleading information , wasn’t at all what the pictures showed. And please stop putting, that has bar , there’s no bar.

It was good cool quite and chilled. There is vibe within the surrounding A very tranquil atmosphere, a space for the season solo traveler

Their Hotels.com web page advised that there was limited parking on site. This was a prime reason I booked there. Yet, when I ask for confirmation that a space had been reserved for me, I was told that there never was any parking. My response email was ignored. On arrival I was told that the Mgr was yet to update the web page ie they are deliberately peddling FALSE information to lure Customers and then ENTRAP them (as there is a no refund policy). This is ILLEGAL, rude, dysfunctional and zero Customer Service. DON NOT STAY HERE. They are THIEVES!

Decent place, you can tell that it’s been around for a while but clean and functional. Great location in the centre. Everything as promised… Would stay again…

Clean one. Bathroom is good and clean. Not too noisy and crowded. Around 10 minutes walk to the main train station and shopping area. Very convenient.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about

I got a private room with shared bathroom, there is a medium round window from the floor that kinda bothered me..for privacy, but it might bother other for having no way to keep the room dar during day time. The matress is the worst part, very thin, you can feel every bed slat. You will for sure hurt your hips, shoulder or back. Everything was clean, shower and restroom were fine as well. Big kitchen and WiFi was ok.

It's pretty run-down and shabby. Fine for a place to crash for the night, but don't expect any atmosphere or much comfort. Feels like it could use a major face-lift. Pluses are that it is cheap and in a great location within the city.

This property is located within walking distance of several local attractions as well as the bus station.

We booked an apartment for two for one night. Well. The location and view from the room are great, really. Close to everything, in the very city centre. But the apartment itself.. Lift did not work, which is ok, this can happen, though the apartment is in 4th floor. It needs refurbishment, definitely. But what was most disgusting, the first "floor" of the apartment where beds are located, has not been cleaning for weeks. For sure. Hair, dust, I even had to visit the near Tesco to buy a rag to clean this myself. Similar with bathroom. Hair everywhere, not one or two but many of them. Everything would be acceptable but not the dirt, no matter that the place was for a good price (900 CZK for the apartment and one night).

Would fully recommend this hostel. Good value for money and great location
