Very pleasant stay, perfect location, excellent and very helpful staff, tasty breakfast.

This is my second time staying here. Great smooth check- in. Nice young woman was helpful. The elevator helped. The parking was directly out back behind the hotel. Good Wifi. Room was up on a upper floor but on a noisy traffic corner of the street below. Great Great central location. Room was a little small, bathroom was OK. However I would stay here again for it"s location. Dan

Very old hotel, but very good location for travelers

Fast check in, room was missing a minibar in case you want a drink in the room. Great breakfast for the money!!

We received a warm and friendly welcome at this Art Nouveau hotel. The hotel is situated in the towns square. Our room faced onto the square on the fourth flour. Furniture and fittings were all original from the Art Nouveau period. As well as an over night stay it was an experience, staying in such a lovely hotel. The breakfast was excellent. I would thourghly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

I was in town for a conference. Comfortable with beautiful historic details. I would stay here again.

Unsafe area and non-secure parking lot with no cameras. Our rental car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot. Staff was not helpful and not supportive. Otherwise, the hotel was historic and centrally located.

The hotel has a "gated" private parking lot, that can be opened by anybody from the street . Parking is specified as "at the car-owner's risk". Within an hour of our arrival, somebody had put a dent in the car, behind the left rear door. The damage appeared deliberately made, most likely with something like a steel bar, or possibly a rock. No rock was found.

I booked the hotel for 3 nights.. The location is fantastic.. close to everywhere.. The stuff was friendly, especially the girl named Zuzana. Also, the internet WiFi is very well.

I stayed at Hotel Praha in March and had a room which was alright. It was a room which had recently been refurbished with a modern spacious bathroom. On my stay in April I was given a room where several things were faulty. The curtains were hanging half off the window, the shower clip was broken so had to hold the shower head when showering. A tile on the floor of the bathroom was split and popped up when you stood on it. Only one socket worked. It was terrible. I had booked for 3 nights. I went down to reception to ask them if I could change rooms where I was abruptly told it wasn't possible as a large group were checking in the next night. The only room I could go to was a room where no electricity worked!! I said I'd be checking out after 1 night. I wasn't offered any compensation or discount on my stay. I booked in to the Pytloun City Boutique Hotel which was just down the road which was excellent.

Mycket bra läge. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bodde här i samband med skidloppet Jizerska 50 och frukosttiderna var anpassade för att passa gäster som skulle delta i loppet, vilket underlättade mycket.

Beautiful art nouveau hotel. The rooms are new.

A bit worn out and the beds are too soft. But the location is fantastic and the Art Nouveau lift alone is worth the stay :-) The breakfast is average but correct value for the money. Super friendly and helpful staff, from night receptionist to cleaning ladies.

Sehr schöne Tage in Liberec verbracht.

tutto "ok", albergo con una storia ma che e' fermo li' palesemente ai suoi anni migliori e che potrebbe aver bisogno di una rinfrescatina. Posizione ottima. Bar ottimo.

Die Lage ist schon gut aber nichts für größere Fahrzeuge. In diesem Moment wären Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache seitens des Personals von Vorteil vor allem in einem Hotel das wesentlich mehr deutsche als englische Gäste beherbergt. Das Hotelrestaurant war geschlossen und ich musste anderweitig speisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und der Straßenverkehr raubt einem den Schlaf. Positiv erwähnen kann ich den alten noch funktionierenden Aufzug. Ich persönlich suche mir für einen nächsten Besuch der Region ein anderes Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen C.Becker

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Hotel położony w centrum miasta, parking na terenie obiektu płatny dodatkowo - 200koron/dzień.

Einziger Punkt war dass es im Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken hat! Sonst perfekt
