Overall very nice/comfortable. Great hot breakfast. Only disappointments were heated towel rack did not work and shower door was so short that a lot of water splashed on floor.

Pros: The hotel is well-located, and the rooms are reasonably spacious.
Cons: Cleanliness standards were disappointing. During our three-day stay, housekeeping did not empty the trash bins or replace dirty cups and spoons, which was unacceptable.
Additionally, the air conditioning in our original room was non-functional. When we raised the issue, we were told it was due to the hotel "gradually starting it up because it’s not officially summer yet." It took over 30 minutes of insisting before we were finally moved to a room with working air conditioning. This lack of responsiveness and basic service made for a very frustrating experience.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel for 4 nights. Its beautiful, breakfast is delicious. The choice of food is wide. The staff was eager to answer your questions. The hotel is located very conveniently in a 15-minute walk from Old Town Square.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and professional.
The bad
There's barely any parking. The parking that is available is very expensive.
The hotel itself is also very expensive but the facilities didn't match the price of my stay. If a hotel is charging this much, I'd assume they'd have a lot more amenities than was available and also a way to park better.

Very convenient if you want to be close to all attractions in Prague. Great choice of breakfast and brunch. No separate shampoo and conditioner (just a bottle of hair and body wash), so you need to bring your own. Very clean linen sheets and towels.
One escalator for the whole hotel rooms.

The property was nice, walkable, and the staff were friendly. One feedback I would recommend is to have more wall plugs near the beds. We had to deposit some money to get an extension cord to charge our devices near the beds; the deposit is refundable.

Business man on a trip. Walked in in pants and tee shirt and treated as a vagrant. The next morning on checkout I was in a suit and tie and was treated as royalty. Staff was rude and hotel was o repriced. Use your door card for power just like a 20 dollar motel. This hotel is a motel six pretending to be more.

During our second visit to Prague within a span of fourteen days, we stayed at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, but since it faced the street, it was quite noisy throughout the night. The breakfast was decent, though we felt the hotel primarily catered to large tourist groups, making it less welcoming for independent travelers. Additionally, we were not fond of the location, as it lacked vibrancy.

I had mentioned when I booked the room that my husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and when we arrived we had swans made of towels on the bed, a bottle of red wine and chocolate covered almonds. We were touched.
