I found the staff very friendly and happy to answer any questions :) the room was lovely, clean and spacious, close to so many local sights and good pubs/restaurants. If I am ever back in Znojmo i would definitely stay here again.

Penzion Austis is super clean and smells lovely. Breakfast has a lot of options and they all taste wonderful, I most recommend the baked pastries. I will stay here again when I visit Znojmo in the future.

Bra standard, men rommet (en mannsrom) var veldig lite. Rommet hadde kun vindu i taket opp en sjakt, så kun mulig å se himmelen.
Renhold var bra, men de tok ikke med seg søppel. Søppel med matrester tiltrakk seg små maur.

Das Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Lage ist top.
Leider war die Buchung des Zimmers und der Umgang mit uns sehr enttäuschend. Da ich mich um einen Tag beim Datum vertippt habe, habe ich sofort danach angerufen und darum gebeten die Buchung rückgängig zu machen oder auf das korrekte Datum zu ändern. Hier wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich ist und dass ich bei Datumsänderung 40 Euro aufzahlen muss da nur mehr teurere Zimmer frei sind. Dass ich mich beim buchen vertippt habe war ganz klar mein Fehler, Gästefreundlichkeit und Kulanz sucht man aber bei diesem Hotel vergeblich. Ich habe 1 Minute nach der fehlerhaften Buchung angerufen, somit wäre kein Schaden entstanden wenn sie die Buchung storniert hätten. So wurden wir mehr oder weniger gezwungen 40 Euro aufzuzahlen konnte das Hotel unser eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer wieder freigeben.

Byli jsme tady ubytováni již podruhé, opět penzion nesklamal, hezké prostředí, nadstandardní snídaně, přátelský personál a skvělé matrace. K tomu ideální poloha v centru historické části Znojma. Příště určitě opět nocujeme tady.

+ Veľmi dobrá poloha - blízko centra, parkovisko vo dvore, izba čistá, raňajky chutné a dostatočne pestré.
- Na izbách chýba klimatizácia (bolo veľmi teplo). V dnešných klimatických podmienkach je klimatizácia na izbách už nutnosťou. Stiesnený priestor v miestnosti podávania raňajok.

Až se má další dovolená bude odehrávat ve Znojmě, určitě si vyberu opět tento hotel.
Je útulný, čistý, snídaně báječné i s domácí meruňkovicí ;-) Recepční byla moc milá a veškerá naše přání splnila hned! Můžu jen DOPORUČIT !!!

Diese hübsche Pension liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, jedoch relativ klein, aber sehr Komfortabel und bot zahlreiche Ablageflächen. Alles war sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder übernachten.

Leider war die Buchung des Zimmers und der Umgang mit uns sehr enttäuschend.
