Recently renovated property and very nicely done. Modern and functional. Great amenities. Large room with view and balcony. Great breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Good location up the hill from downtown Cluj-Napoca. Walkable to downtown and services up the hill.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was extremely clean and was just renovated. Everything was both new, and well designed and thought out. We slept very well at night as the room was isolated well from outside or inside noise. The AC was very good. The hotel is located in a good area, relatively close to the city center. It is a 10 - 20 minutes of a walk downhill there, and a slightly harder walk back because it is a walk uphill. There is a bus station located 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. All in all, we had an amazing stay.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, it had many different options. The food in the restaurant was delicious! The few “negatives” are: the hotel is next to a very busy road (noise); there is only one small elevator in the hotel and no luggage carts. The third floor is being renovated and there were some safety issues such as the stairs were blocked so in case of fire how do you get down from the 4th floor???; limited parking.

This was the worse hotel experience of my life.The staff was so rude and almost denied my check in because even though i was vaccinated she stated that my vaccine card was fake.This Hotel shoudl be romeved from expedia imidiatelly

This location is a little outside the downtown core but is within a 15-20 minute walk. The onsite restaurant has great food and exceptional service. I have stayed in three different room types and all are spacious and well-appointed for their class. The beds are comfortable so I slept as well as if not better than at home. Overall this is a great propriety at an amazing price.

Nice quiet area, easy walk to downtown shops and food. Maintenance and precheck-in setup were lacking though to say the least. Elevator creaks and rattles, a little unnerving to listen to. But the room was my only real issue. Door was left wide open by staff before i got there, no toilet paper in the room, no towels either and the shower was missing a key piece of plastic trim on the door causing the bathroom to flood during my shower. This had apparently been that way for a while since the carpet outside was stained and the floor creaked when walked on. I informed staff and they seemed very nice.
