Coreen, the front Desk Manager was very professional and , empathetic, she made sure that we were taken care of, for our late night check-in, and assisted us with proper information that made our stay a very pleasant one.

My husband and I stayed at Habitat Terrace for 2 weeks and had a great time. It was a lovely place to come back to at the end of a busy day. Very peaceful and relaxing. Angela and Yvonne were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

We ended up at this property by no choice as the place we originally reserved (Tranquil Sunset) was overbooked and cancelled on us. They referred us to Habitat Terrace as they have a relationship with this hotel, and since all this was last minute we didn't have much choice.
The room smelled badly, there was water filtration from the living room ceiling and mold all over. There was only 1 A/C in the entire apt and was in the bedroom but wasn't working well. We had to open the windows to survive the mold smell even though it was a hot night. Next day we left the apt early and didn't return until very late at night to sleep and go to the airport.

Horribleeeeee ! Far from everything . U basically in the woods ! The room smell like it wasn't used in months . The owners family walking around your room . Basically can see inside your room . I didn't even stay the night I left after I check in . They refuseee to give me my full refund after I didn't even stay two hours . They so desperately need of money

Hotel was clean and grounds well kept.The staff was very helpful in anything you ask for.The owner,Ms Skeete went out of her way to take us to the beach or to a nearby restaurant as I did not drive in St Lucia.I highly recommend this hotel especially for its homely and friendly atmosphere.

my stay at your hotel were very decent hotel staff were very helpfull also the environment were tidy just the only problem is the pool it prob needed a pain over but on a overall very nice the hospitality were amazing as it were my first time in st lucia look out for my stay coming june...

This hotel was great, everyone was super friendly, the rooms were clean, nice little pool, plenty of parking and relatively close to Rodney Bay. Getting here was a little tricky as the roads are labeled which makes getting directions tough, I would suggest that you get a GPS as that's probably the only way you could find it. (Also, know they drive on the left side of the road here...)

Nice, colourful, and clean. It's located a short drive from Rodney Bay, but a car is essential. We had a little problem getting wifi signal in the room, but the personal did their best to change our room to one with stronger signal.
