Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa All Inclusive Adults Only

The resort overall is beautiful and is very nice. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Improvement needed is for the restaurants to communicate if there is an issue or long wait. On the last night of our honeymoon we ended up waiting over A HOUR to NEVER GET DINNER, yet everyone around us were served food. There was no apologies, credit nothing we were just told that the cook got back up.

Secrets Adult Only Resort and Spa offered great customer services, delicious food and fun shows and entertainment. I particularly loved the spa and the gym. Great equipment and workouts offered by expert team members. I enjoyed my 80 min relaxing massage. The beach and pools are pristine and a beautiful oasis. Our room was beautiful with the view of the beach. Super comfortable king size bed. Downside- room service was delayed and fire system went off in the night although there was no emergency. Overall spectacular vacation time.

The only change that I recommend is the Premium liquor needs to be offered to all guests even if it includes an extra charge

We just got back from our honeymoon here at Secrets. It is a lovely resort. You can’t really ask for more. The staff is wonderful, fun, kind, and go above and beyond to make it the best stay possible. The pools are gorgeous and full of fun activities. The beach is beautiful with a ton of seating options. We loved every restaurant and had so much fun trying all the different foods! Fun drinks including a speciality drink of each day. They even have a cafe on site where they make fresh coffees/lattes. Music throughout the day to dance to. It is a stunning and romantic resort. I’ll be dreaming about reuniting with the breakfast buffet hashbrowns until we are back lolol.

Being only opened for 2 months. Place was good. Still have some work to do: training all staff to be consistent with service. Some staff were welcoming and nice, some seemed like they were being bothered when asked for services. Had a good selection of food (especially at Morgan’s restaurant) we went 3 times! Sabrina gave us excellent service. She made us feel welcomed and home. Spa was amazing!!! Room service was a little tough. Very limited options. Once they become consistent. I think it will be great. Will I go back? Yes! The resort and beach felt safe.

Love the new renovations of the property. Swim up room was excellent. The dining options was 8/10. Hibachi restaurant i recommend getting reservation and sitting a regular table. If you do chef table they will skimp your food unless the boss makes it lol. This guy who kept saying he Michael Jackson needs to work on his jokes and cooking.

The staff was exceptional. Very nice and super accommodating. Maureen was one of the most friendly people I have ever met on an island. She really went above and beyond to make you feel pampered. Food was delicious, rooms were very nice-updated and clean, drinks were very good, what more could you ask for?

This resort was extremely clean, the staff were very welcoming & friendly, the food was amazing at the restaurants and everything was so lovely. Will definitely be back again.

Internet hardly worked in the room. My room door lock never worked. Every time I had to come to the room, somebody had to escort me. Room service, if they showed up, end up coming very late. They come knocking on door at 11 o’clock at night trying to fix the lock. Etc etc.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with all inclusive resorts. The food was great, staff was very friendly and polite, the rooms were clean, and the property is very beautiful. I would recommend this resort to anyone

Service was extremely SLOW with under crowded restaurants, It is a hike to your room and expect very green service for this "new" resort

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets St. Lucia! The rooms were spotless, the resort was beautifully maintained, and the beach was absolutely stunning — truly a highlight of the trip. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The only area that could be improved is the variety of food options; while the meals were okay, a wider selection would make the experience even better. Overall, a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The staff was extremely nice! My updated room was very nice, except shower drain was clogged! Food was excellent. Entertainment has room to improve.

I went to Secrets for my birthday and heard many great things although my experience wasn’t great :( Nothing received for my birthday package bottle requested twice and confirmed by staff but never received spoke with concierge and front desk about it Ants in room which continued due to person staying next to us food service staying outside of room. TRAILS OF ANTS WERE everywhere Promised a room upgrade after excursion but when arrived back was told the room were all rooms were book but room beneath us stayed empty our entire stay to be exact 511 Told restaurants reservations were at 830 when we arrived they told us they were changed until 9pm and no one from front desk notified us Lack of entertainment spoke with the entertainment team multiple times about having music at the pool was told only the pool bar plays music when the pool bar told me opposite Lack of activities water sports told they aren’t open because the resort is new Things still not open theater bar It was a big lack of communication and I didn’t feel heard while seeing other guest complain it get there demands handle I love st Lucia but Secrets Saint Lucia Truly disappointed me

We had the most relaxing, and amazing stay at Secrets. We were a little nervous because they just opened but the restaurants were amazing, we got our food right away, and everyone was friendly. The beach and pools were perfect. We got a swim out room and it was the best decision. We will definitely be back.

The property was very nice, clean, well maintained. My passport was stolen on the second day out of my safe. I had to shorten my trip by two days no reimbursement as of yet.
