I really enjoyed staying here, but for the first time I might have to take a taxi because I don't know the location if I already know there is a shuttle bus from the Anjum Hotel. To the top there is the Grand Mosque bus station. Many people stay here by shuttle bus. The rooms are nice, neat and clean. Nice bathroom. Is there Wi-Fi. The safe deposit box has a refrigerator too. AC cold. Unforgettable experience.

Jalan kaki cuma 10 menit ke masjidil haram. Di hotel juga ada fasilitas bis tuk PP ke masjidil haram. Jadi ada 2 opsi, dan kami lebih senang jalan kaki, karena seru. Dekat juga kl mau cari makanan atau belanja-belanja. Pihak hotel juga ramah dan very helpful

Alhamdulillah, hotel ini sangat pas untuk keluarga ada 5 tempat tidur kamar bersih dan perlengkapan seperti handuk juga bersih, kamar akan dibersihkan tiap hari sepertinya namun saya tidak mengizinkan karena ketika itu saya tinggal sendiri di kamar, bagi yang kuat bisa jalan saja ke Harom. Dan ada satle bus juga. Recommended lah insya Allah.

Staf tidak ramah, saat proses check in bilang tidak ada kode booking padahal sudah bayar, pihak traveloka di minta bantuan dengan respon yang lama, kamar kotor saat masuk tidak di rapihkan bekas orang sebelumnya, lobby hotel seperti pasar, sangat tidak rekomen.

Never had issue with the lift, but there 's one time the electricity was out for few hours. Great accomodations, free washing machine to use, kids club, shuttle to Haram.

Friendly reception and clean room, there is a water heater and close to the hotel 500 m there are a lot of shops.

The hotel is good, the service is satisfactory, the location is strategic (close to the Harom Mosque, close to the bus terminal, lots of places to eat & mini markets), & there is a 24 hour shuttle bus.
