Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything.
Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.

Lovely big bed & very comfortable. No outside noise disturbance despite being a busy weekend that we stayed. Quality of breakfast on offer was excellent. Staff all extremely helpful & polite. The room perfume throughout the hotel smelled amazing!

Room was modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good choice of beverages and biscuits. Negatives the room was so hot couldnt get the air con to work. Room wouldnt go below 16° no instructions to help. Asked at reception to be told it woukdnt go below 16° window open didnt help either. And shower had 2 settings hot and scolding hot. After the warm room a cool shower would have been nice.

Recently renovated, breakfast was brilliant, room was immaculate and modern, located right on the high street so a little noise in the evening but didn’t bother me too much, comfortable stay, would return!

Nice hotel, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was really good, plenty of different options. Coffee could have been better but staff were asking if you wanted a specialist coffee they would go and make it for you. Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at River Ness Hotel! The place is modern, clean, and in a perfect location for exploring Inverness. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
Big shoutout to Rahul and Chinmay for being so friendly and helpful! Their excellent service made the stay even better. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but it’s not a major issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Service at breakfast very poor even when not busy. Some confusion when we checked in with receptionist. Stairwell area not very clean. Also didn’t sleep well as you can hear bathroom fans from other rooms all night. Nice enough hotel but needing to up there game in my opinion.
