Clean, friendly staff, free pool table. The car park is very tight but it does have ev charging facilities (which are not free ) which worked well. I was here for business so for my needs it was perfect.

Great hotel, rooms comfortable and clean and with plenty of space for travel cot (provided) and with our buggy in the room. The room also included a fridge as well as a microwave which was great for travelling with a baby. Very friendly staff, the GSM on during some of our stay was also excellent. The hotel is a great location, short walk to the town, we got a train from the station located next to the hotel to the riverside museum and walking distance to the Kelvingrove attractions as well.

One Lift was broken so a lot of stairs to go up and down with kids as the other lift took ages to come. Otherwise v good

Great hotel, rooms comfortable and clean and with plenty of space for travel cot (provided) and with our buggy in the room. Clean comfortable well appointed room had nice view onto city. Hotel cap park spaces are quite small and was full when we arrived so we parked at Charing cross car park, this has bigger bit still fairly tight spaces, reception validated our ticket to ensure discount rate. Still some localised works in vicinity but less evident than on our pervious stay. Enjoyed delicious shawarma from take away just next to Old Halls art deco building on Sauchiehall street on our way home from Celtic connections concert

We arrived early but this was not a problem and we were allocated our room great service room was clean tidy shower was fantastic room for two if you wish. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but would definitely stay here again. Car parking not recommended for the faint hearted very tight spaces.

Fantastic hotel. Really funky industrial decor. Staff really helpful. Restaurant was excellent.
Only slight negative is the car park which is tiny and spaces tight. In a hire car, I was worried about doors being dinted by the car beside us.

A few blocks from the busy city center street, but still not a bad walk at all. The staff that checked me in was so lovely. The room was really nice. Loved the tub! Found a blanket and beanie that was left behind from the previous occupants behind the sofa.

Hotel itself was lovely- large, spacious modern rooms. Great location for what we wanted!
We had dinner in CHOP restaurant on our first night which spoiled our whole experience at this hotel! Staff were rude, made false accusations and it was like customers were an inconvenience. One member of staff swore in front of our children which is totally unacceptable.
This was reported to reception staff immediately and someone will get back to us. Still await that contact…
Never again! If you’re looking for a friendly family break, we have stayed at other hotels in this area which offer this. CHOP restaurant certainly does not!
