Good location for exploring the area and for attending local events, nice Walks accommodating very helpful staff, good breakfast choice, nice lunch or eve meals , good service , comfortable beds Only minor point a choice of pillows would be good as a tad firm

This is a delightful hotel in the centre of Beauly. It is next to Beauly Priory (obviously) with a variety of small shops and cafes right on hand. The room was large, comfortable and very well equipped. The lift was well positioned next to a side door, convenient for loading and unloading.

Nice place. Helpful staff. Decent menu. Village is quiet and by the river. Walks nearby and the historic priory.

Pretty rough looking. Online photos misleading. Carpets stained throughout the hotel. Staff was great and food was good but hotel is old an outdated.

Older style hotel, largely refurbished to quite a high standard. Some difficulty keeping windows open (this was a 2nd floor room) -- it was a very hot day. Staff reasonably welcoming. Good dinner selection, although service was a little slow as the place was quite full.

No hotel car park, room too warm,same special menu both nights

This was a great little find on my recent business trip around the Highlands Although it is obviously a little older place. It was clean and the food was fantastic on the restaurant.. the quality of the cook on the breakfast belies a little place like this.. recommend

A great stop to rest at the priory hotel. Food is excellent. Bar had live music. Dining room a quieter room to enjoy the great food.

It is a 2 prong sword, we loved the location, the staff were amazing, the hotel is clean but the rooms are sub par. We got a superior room, it is just old and not keep up which is a shame. The other reason it didnt get a great score is the parking or should I say lack of.

Uncomfortable bed and noise from pub down stairs made it hard to get to sleep.

The hotel is a bit tired, the carpet in communal areas is dirty and the whole place lacks any character

This property is veryold and dated. it is far from the city. Not a place I would go back to. Breakfast was good. Front desk not the friendliest.

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay in this excellent hotel. Great location. Great rooms. Great restaurant. Great service. Definitely worth a stop in anyone's trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Priory Hotel. It's a nice, quiet location with a great breakfast included in the rate. However, what I loved the most was the staff. In particular, I want to thank Iren at the front desk again. I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the kitchen was already closed. Out of pure kindness, Iren decided to make me a sandwich herself so I could eat. If that isn't amazing customer service and going the extra mile, I don't know what would be! Great stay, 100% recommended.

No probs,only smell of tobacco smoke in saloon bar

Lovely hotel in a beautiful village but short drive to Inverness. Staff are very friendly, rooms were recently renovated and the food was lovely. It really punches above its weight.
