When we booked our stay we thought we had breakfast included.it does say breakfast included when booking. When you get there you have to £5,90 for a takeaway breakfast in a tub. Room was clean and tidy bed was comfortable. Few planes and helicopters do wake you up early though

Booked a family room which turned out to be a small double bed with a pull out bed underneath. Not what we needed and had a sleepless uncomfortable night. When we booked it said breakfast was included, not the case which was disappointing. Probably won't stay here again.

Hotels.com were awful, stating breakfast was included when I booked, when the hotel didn’t do breakfast.
When I tried to complain, they disabled my typing.
