After reading some of the reviews, I was initially hesitant to book at this hotel. I am So glad that I booked anyway. It is an amazing property with amazing restaurants and staff. The rooms are luxurious and spacious and the location is walkable to other restaurants and beach activities.

We, two couples, were there for almost 2 weeks and really enjoyed. Now, when cold weather is coming, I appreciate that paradise, both place and hotel, even more. And staff was fantastic - especially Victoria - Vika, in managerial, operational and human-practical helping. For sure I would like to repeat this ASAP.

The grounds of this hotel are beautiful, the pool area and the mountains in the background are just devine! Absolutely loved it. Large spacious rooms and ours had a lovely view of the gardens. Staff were pleasant and everything was really clean. Would visit again. Beach was also beautiful. Food was great at the japenese and trader vics.excellent cocktails

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lovely beach. Walking distance to amenities like supermarket. Room was spacious very clean and comfortable. Got a hard pillow when requested. Dining options very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. What could be improved is mattresses on sunbeds and real milk for coffee in room.

The overall place was lovely, the rooms were good minus the fact the bathroom is fully open to the room with a door you can see through when going to the toilet, if you are going to a number 2, the other person can see you! Gluten free options were a struggle at this hotel, we gave some advice to staff but I had a few issues with being glutened. It's probs one to avoid if you are coeliac. 'Soy sauce' has gluten in!

An amazing place to stay! Staff couldn’t do enough and the food is incredible. Having a coral reef right on our beach was just the best. We saw an amazing array of fish and a juvenile bull shark whilst snorkeling with the guide from the hotel. Wonderful memories that will stay with us forever.

Pros - The resort is nice, and the beach is beautiful! It also has a kids' club, which is quite a welcome respite for the little ones. Cons - The food is average at best, and definitely not worth the prices. Also, there are only two restaurants open in the afternoon. The service is a hit or miss. Some staff are super friendly and helpful, especially around kids, while some are curt and not very helpful.
