The shower hanger in the lower bathroom was damaged.

The power keeps goes out. Housekeeping doesn't clean deeply, dirt on the floor was still there (there are spots). Hotel slippers were thrown away (even though they were still being worn), facial tissues weren't given any more, even though they said we would give them later at the same time as the cleaning (the second cleaning time), bed sheets are also dirty. The towels have spots every time they are cleaned.

Is seem dometry is full of labor worker which stay in. Therefore as we are traveller to visit singapore are very very unsatisfied as presume is normal stay like others dometry. Also with 1 kind of smell and no air condition but the front desk are perfectly friendly.

Good place, many choice for halal food, near MRT station, can store the luggage before check in time.

Some guest from india make a trouble and fight with other guest and to many bugs.

I just want to save people from actually staying at this poor excuse of a hostel. For starter, we were not given a key to enter the hostel, we had to walk to its HQ to meet someone who had the key to open the hostel every time we got out! And the bedroom, it's not even made! trash everywhere, blood staining the bed sheets, all the lockers were full of stuff even though only one other person stayed here. We found rats roaming freely, bed full of bed bugs. And of course there's no blanket. And no, we won't even start on the bathroom. Remembering it makes me want to vomit. It's a nightmare.

Best hotel to stay in lil india area. Very friendly staff. Very clean room. All facility are best. Value for money hotel.

They didn't put their specific hotel rule on the OTA platform, they didn't explain it during check-in time. When I complained about how rude the reception was to my guest, didn't even allow him to sit at the lobby, they were arguing and didn't apologise until I checked-out.
