Atlantis Pods @ Chinatown

Clean, comfortable, safe, near the MRT, near Chinatown market, close to Muslim restaurants too, joss anyway.

The price is unbelievably cheap for such a central location (smack bang in the middle of Chinatown Street Market, a few minute from the Tintin Shop). However, there are a few issues with the capsule. It's much better than the hostel's bunkbed and the inside looks really cool. However the sliding door is not soundproof and the unit I got the lock is not working (from the off hand comment from the staff, seems all doors do not have a working lock). I checked in at 11+pm so noise level is not bad but you can really hear everything around you. What's really bugged me (pun intended) is the cleanliness. I felt a bit itchy, laying on the bed. With the very cramp space inside, not too sure how thorough the staff can clean it. Add to this there is not much space outside the capsule to put your stuff so I brought in my backpack in and has to put it on the bed (the inside is all bed). The shared shower is a wet one, shared with the closet. If you are not used to one, good luck. Not to mention it doesn't look super clean either. One final comment, when I came, there was this guy (a guest?), sat beside the reception, bare chested. Sorry but it doesn't enhanced the overall feeling of the hotel. Would I come again? Probably not. Those things above doesn't look like one off issues. Would I try another (real) capsule hotel? Definitely. I love the concept so it's really a shame this hotel cannot deliver.

very satisfying, really comfortable for me traveling solo, don't need deposite when checking in, the reception is very crowded, the place is clean, soap + shampoo is already available there, out of the hotel there are already many that sell food too, very close to the MRT Chinatown exit A

Very enjoy. Flat receptionist with no smile. There is no grooming. Bajunga like just woke up. Breakfast no hot water at all to just make tea / coffee. No coffee tea for breakfast. The strategic place is easy to find on the 2nd floor close to the crowd. The mosque.

Right on Chinatown Street, very close to the MRT, safe door using an access card, not noisy, not comfortable if you get the top bed, ups and downs tired?

Great places for short stay with low budget. The bathroom is pretty clean; they have separate toilet as well. Breakfast is available in small corner every morning; they provide us milk, coffee, breads, topping and water which is very convenient! By the time you go out from Chinatowns MRT station; you will be able the see the sign directly. The pods is comfortable enough for single traveler, they got you an usb port + charging port as well. Reading and mirror lamp are also available. Also you will got one locker for your belongings. Not really soundproof but for a quick stay, its a great choice of place!

+ Location + The capsule is safety because you can lock it from the inside. - Capsule corridor is messy. Suitcase everywhere. - you can hear every single sounds around you like snoring, when somebody open their door, somebody walks outside etc - The reception doesn't exist when I checked out. I know maybe that's kind of self service. You just sign the list on the reception table and leave the key but actually I wanna tell him that I want to leave my bag at the reception for awhile. - Quality of pillow and bed sheet are really poor

Strategic location, if in Chinatown cheap souvenirs. For the bathroom used together. Free bread and milk in the morning.

Happy because it's cheap. A hot shower, and very close to the MRT. Close to McD. Near shopping center. Strategic. It's just a bit cramped, sometimes there are sounds heard from the adjoining mattress that causes sometimes waking up in the middle of the night, people chatting also heard, but understand because it is according to the budget.

Such a great capsule hostel. Very clean inside capsule and the bathroom also. Near Chinatown MRT, just a few step from Exit A (Pagoda Street). Many foods stall around hostel. There are bread, jams, cereals, coffee, orange juice for breakfast. Definitely will come back to stay again for sure.

Room on the second floor. 2. I have quite a lot of luggage and are not offered to help lift things even though my face is tired (less fit) and mengelu. Too full to be a suitcase, bags, sandals, shoes everywhere. I am on the top floor with a slightly damaged staircase which is also rocking. Food only cereal and bread with choice of jam.

This hotel totally excellent! Sparkling clean! Air conditioner and WiFi very strong! Strategies to go everywhere! The host is awesome ! Definitely recommend for any traveler and I’ll comeback for future!

The room is quite spacious although for Muslims you cannot pray in it, really pods so you can only sit and sleep, clean enough, complete toiletries. I was quite difficult initially with the bathroom door because the model is slide and push (the solution: the push is strong). Breakfast bread with a variety of jams and cereals is also a choice of many drinks (ocha, milau, white coffee, etc). Suitable for backpackers, but not suitable for a vacation together.

Located in the center of Chinatown, a bit narrow but easy to find, close to the MRT and 7/11. Comfortable place, mas mas who are also very helpful, the bathroom is okay, breakfast is okay. Cold air conditioner, the first experience at a capsule hotel, both of them were quite relieved, even though the above can still be comfortable for up and down.

I arrived at around 2am and it took a while for the receptionist to open the doors. It’s a nice place to stay since it is very near MRT and the shops. Breakfast is just plain cereals
