Classique Hotel

This is a review of the Standard Room without Window. Classique Hotel is a nice decent hotel located at the Kallang area of Singapore. Upon arrival at the hotel, I approached the counter for check in. The check in was fast as I booked through an app. It took less than 5 minutes for my room to be ready and my room keycard to be collected. ROOM: The room was good for the price, it doesn't have big spacing for many large items to be placed on the ground but there is a medium closet to store some of your bags or luggages. The room was clean when I was staying in it, I didn't notice any dirty spots or dust around. The air con was good, it can be pretty cooling. There are 3 charging ports around the room for those who need them. 👍 SERVICES: The wifi worked well, it's fast. There are only local channels available on the TV. COMFORT: The bed was pretty comfortable, I had a good night sleep here. The blankets aren't tucked into the bed, so you can pull it out which is nice. The room that I stayed in had a bathtub which was fantastic for having a nice warm relaxing bath, but the water isn't super hot at the maximum temperature. AMENITIES: There is a mini fridge and small safe inside the closet. There are also basic amenities provided like coffee and tea packets. The shower has an all in one shampoo and bodywash dispenser. OTHER: In terms of accessibility, there are a few bus stops that is near enough to reach the hotel and the closest MRT station is Farrer Park which is about a 10 minute walk. There is also a mall near the hotel for any travellers who would need to buy some food or essentials at any point in time. There is also a cafe at the first level of the hotel, but the person at the counter mentioned that it is not operating at the moment which is a little disappointing. OVERALL: I think it's a pretty good hotel which has a nice value for the rooms they offer. For an affordable price, you can get a good room with nice services provided. 👍
