Habyt Clarke Quay

I didn't really like the smell of the room after each room service.

The property was great, a bit small but met our means. It was centrally located with many things around to see and had a personal bathroom. My only complaint was that the room was very small

Booked this hotel as it was a really good price for the area it’s in (near Clarke Quay). Staff were friendly, great access to the MRT station over the road & shower in the room was good. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives for me as I’ll detail below - - Mattress & pillow were rock hard which made I difficult to get a good nights sleep. - Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms / hallway. I guess the walls are very thin as I woke up to noise on a couple of occasions. - The drains in the bathroom emitted a bad smell every so often which was rather unpleasant. It was okay for a short stay but I don’t think I’ll return.

Very nice hotel - we had a small room almost like a dorm room, but was clean and what we needed. Easy check in and out, good location near the river with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The physical constraints of the room precludes having lots of luggage, but for casual trips this is a great place.

This property is in a great location but rooms and linens/towels have seen better days. Sheets were old, had a hole, ceiling lamps were super dusty, bathroom walls had molds and just overall need TLC. For the price, I thought it would have been a 2.5 star property but it was barely a 1-2.

The quality of the room was dissapointing, there was mould in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness of the room felt poor. The staff were very kind, check in and out was efficient. Very walkable to key tourist destinations.

The Champion City hotel was pretty good and met our needs by being reasonably priced and in a very walkable location. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The two areas for improvement that we would have liked to see were related to the A/C and the fridge. The A/C appeared to shut off completely or turn to a very high level while we were gone so the room was pretty unpleasantly hot when we came back to the room until it cooled down. The fridge was under the bed in a cabinet and the fridge radiated heat. The heat got trapped in that cabinet and seemed to prevent the fridge from getting too cold. Not the end of the world but coming back to a hot room and having warm-ish water wasn't ideal.

Great location. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was dusty with hairs on the floor and dressing table. Soundproofing was bad as the noise outside could be heard in the room.

The property needs a little maintenance. The bed was very hard and the pillows were too. But the location is perfect!! Ooh do not hang anything white on the ladder it will stain it. ** but peaceful stay and easy to walk around. Safe

Great location, Good Staff, Quiet. Only downside check out couples, the rooms are comfortable in size for singles…….not much space for couples Also no where to hang clothes

Room is too squishy. Though Low price, other hotel offers much bigger room area.

Great little functional room for a short stay

Pleasantly surprised. Although the unit was small. It suited my purpose. Needed a good place to sleep. Bed is comfortable. Loved that they took care of little details such as shower caps, tooth brushes, coffee/teas. LOCATION! LOCATION! This is it!!!! Close to 3 MRT stations! Too bad that wallpaper peeling although they took care of it temporarily. 😀
