We stayed here after a friend enjoyed their stay with you. Great location, 10 mins walk from MRT and mall/hawker center. Staff were great! Suites were clean.

Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful from your security officer to your receptionists and your kitchen and wait staff. Your receptionist, ET, was just the best. She helped me very much. I think you should consider putting her in a more responsible position with higher pay. I could see that she is a dedicated, hard working and responsible employee. If I come back to Singapore I will definitely stay at your hotel.

Everything about the service location, cleanliness and amenities was excellent. The only thing that could have been better were the shade umbrellas on the rooftop. Only 2 umbrellas were functional, and more shade poolside would have been ideal.

the property is nice and in a good location. The rooms are small but clean. My biggest problem was the A/C in the room would not cool the room and would automatically shut off after a preset time. Asked to have a/c looked at and the maintenance guy came up and looked at it and said that it was operating normally.

This was our fourth stay at Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay and honestly, I don’t feel the need to stay anywhere else. We initially chose it because of its great location. It’s within walking distance of China Town, the MRT, and dozens of restaurants along the river. But we keep coming back because it just checks all the boxes: the staff are welcoming and attentive, the amenities are great, and the rooms are supremely comfortable. It’s a very busy hotel, but it is so well-run that we’ve never had to wait long for any kind of service. Even when the hotel is full, the rooms are very quiet and conducive to a good night’s sleep. We have never had a bad experience and fully intend to stay there again on our next trip to Singapore.

Overall I had a fantastic stay. Although rooms were very small ( but the interior design of the building was so smart that you don’t feel jammed up in the room.

It's a shame, an otherwise excellent stay was impaired by the hotel being alongside a big long- term development called Union Square. The noise during the day was horrendous

Great 5 night stay. Room was good. Cleaned every day
Breakfast was a bit too busy and crowded! Food was ok for breakfast with plenty of choice.
Had a meal in their cafe at night time . Very nice food.
Not close to the town so a bit of a walk 20 mins
