Very nice hotel, clean, and has very good services. The receptionist staff are friendly. If you ask for bottled water, they will give you instant coffee and tea. The location is also close to a masjid and bus stop. The nearest MRT station is Aljunied.

The receptionists were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was free drinking water in the rooms. The surrounding area was a bit uncomfortable, however. Many people of Indian descent roamed the streets at night, leaving the area dirty with trash in the morning.

The receptionist is very friendly, the check in/out process is fast & easy (just show the booking code & passport), luggage can be stored before & after check in/out, the AC is cold, the bathroom / toilet (without bidet) & sink are very clean, drinkable tap water, towels / mats & blankets & sheets are very clean, there is a smoking area, close bus / MRT access, a complete selection of food stalls (halal / non-halal), cheap room rates.

The staff attitude is so bad. I booked the wrong day and asked to change the date of stay to the next day. They refused to let me cancel the room. Stay away from this hotel. Very bad.

If you want to attend a concert at the National Stadium, this can be one of the choices for staying overnight because access there is easy and don't be afraid to ask the staff if there is anything, they are very kind and very helpful. Overall was OK. We're satisfied with hotel service. The hotel location also good and not far from MRT station. Next boleh lah datang lagi kesini.
