Friendly service, the room is worth the price, besides that, it is very easy to find food and it is also close to Orchard so transportation is minimal.

As usual, we always stay at Jen Hotel every time we visit Singapore. Strategic location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel room are some of the things we consider. The service staff is also very good.

Location is good for holiday or business trip. Only a few steps away to MRT Sommerset and bus shelters. Room is great. Service is excellent.

the location is right above the Somerset MRT, the elevator that goes directly to the MRT is still smooth in the morning. but if it's already afternoon and evening, it takes a long time to wait and fills up quickly because it is one with the elevator access for mall visitors. if you choose a quiet elevator, you can choose the elevator at the hotel entrance. below it is the Somerset mall which is quite complete. the road access is quite busy even at night. to Orchard, just walk very close. the room is OK, unfortunately the TV can't access YouTube yet. if the city view can view Marina Bay Sands, we chose the city view which can see the Singtel building, but the Singtel building is being renovated, I don't know what building it will be. for those who like cold water, this is really okay. on each floor there is an ice cube machine that we can take at any time. there is also a vending machine on each floor. this is a very good choice for a family trip with toddlers. access is okay, close to everything, the surrounding facilities are also very good.

The hotel is strategically located inside a mall, near the MRT, the room floor was not cleaned for 3 nights, hair was still under the chair from the time I entered the room until I checked out, there was a queue for breakfast, the food menu was not changed for 3 days, only the variety of noodles was changed, there was a queue for the elevator if I wanted to go up and down to the hotel from the mall.

Please review the bathroom design. It's bit not convenience, no place to hang the towel and clothes properly

It was fun with kids and we have a compliance.

Hotel near MRT and 24 hours supermarket.

Good location right at gateway mall connected to 313. The room was nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Due to room availability, I could check in early.

We stayed here for holiday and this was our second stay, we booked superior city view room and request extra bed on site but all extra bed fully booked, the receptionist was so helpful she gave us a room with sofa bed and surprisingly she gave a little surprise for my daughter who was birthday on the date we checked in. She was very happy! Thankyou for the great hospitality Jen Hotel and sure we'll come back again.

Room is neat, not to mention it is spacious by design with super comfortable bed. The filtered tap water is a nice thing to have, and the shower has nice pressure and warmth. The rooftop pool is very comfortable with pool water that is gentle to the eyes and skin. The staffs are also so kind and accommodating. Very well worth it!

It's a great hotel to stay at singapore. So near from the Orchard Rd, just going down it's already at 313 Somerset. Easy to get food & for shopping around Orchard. About the room, I booked with panorama room, big room with extra bed & there's a sofa, and also comfy bathroom + bath tub (with city view🌃). Swimming pool with the MBS view, what a nice view! One of the best recommendation Hotel to stay if you wanna stay near the Orchard Rd.
