Always stay here when in Singapore, it's a boutique hotel but feels like home. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Near City Square Mall where there is Fair Price Supermarket and Don Donki (Japanese Supermarket). Near MRT as well and near Farrer Park Hospital.

We absolutely loved the stay. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and much fancier than what I was used to. There were robes, nice room slippers (not at all cheap and flimsy), a clean kettle, an assortment of mugs and (wine) glasses, and even a selection of pillows (including a bolster) that could be delivered to your room upon request. The toilet was in its own cubicle with super thick toilet paper and a phone (presumably for when you run out of toilet paper). The toiletries looked and smelled good, and the hairdryer worked great (it was just as strong as my beloved Dyson). Their mobile app was useful too. I had read in older reviews that you're supposed to check in using their app, so I went ahead and downloaded it a few days in advance. The app was a little bit confusing, but I managed to figure it out. You can "pre-register" the day before, but can only properly check-in once you're at the hotel and connected to the hotel WiFi. I did the pre-registration, and when we got there, the check-in was very quick and easy. From there on, I could just open the app on my phone to access the key (which you also need in the lift). No worries about lost key cards (unless you lose your phone). The pool area was beautiful. Some of the pool chairs and cabanas were a little bit dirty, but I was fine with that. The towels (which they hand you before you enter the pool) were nice and clean, so you could lay those over the chair before putting your stuff down. I spent more time on the lounge chairs in the wading pool anyway. I loved the openness of the sky, the architecture of the suites, and the planes flying overhead every now and then. They were the main reasons I chose to spend my SRV vouchers at this hotel, and it was worth every cent. If there was a reason I wouldn't go back, it would be that I'd like to try out other places first. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a slightly bigger budget looking for a nice staycation.

Smooth check-in and -out! They even gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room! The hotel has this nice fragrance (heh heh) that I love, clean room and bathroom, and the crews are very friendly and helpful. I was particularly fond of the uncle that cleaned my room, as he was so funky and very generous to me.
Even though my package didn't have any breakfast, but you can easily find nice meals in the vicinity -- Indian or Chinese, you choose! -- minimarts, bus stop, and it is even near a mosque and a temple! Not too far from Kallang MRT Station; you can walk if you like, but you can also definitely use a bus.

Stayed for a night and it was good. The room was diff from the picture and it’s slightly smaller than expected but overall it was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and we got a mini balcony as well. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Recommended.

It's a good place to stay for a solo traveler. Nearby the Bugis MRT station. Clean and spacious bathroom. Locker/storage with a numpad-secured lock. Air circulation is maintained very well. No bad odor in the entire building. The pod itself is spacious. There is enough space next to the bed that can fit an opened 20-inch luggage.

Awesome stay at Santa Grand with my family! I would like to thank the team on duty during our stay there btw 26-28Nov. I travelled with 3 elderly, one in wheelchair. The team managed to assign our 2 rooms close to each other and one bigger room to accommodate wheelchair. It makes taking care of everyone so much more convenient. Really appreciate for everything, from the prompt response for room service to kind consideration during our stay. My family enjoyed it so much! The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.
