Hotel and reception staff were friendly. Location was good. Transport, food, and shopping nearby. First time staying here. Would definitely return when visiting Singapore again.

All of the staff are very nice, very genuine. Got really packed check in and check out but the staff managed to get all organized. Loving the room fragrance of the hallway. The room is surprisingly spacious. Pressure water pressure and temperature. Comfy bed. There's one staff who's a lovely Indian woman at the reception area who's really nice and super helpful. Really thankful for her. Placed within a walking distance to Bugis and Bencoolen area. There's also many selections of food just downstairs. I suggest you try the Thai and Pan mee restaurant, very tasty.

My recent stay at Hotel Gin Bugis Singapore was delightful. The room was cozy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options. While the room was a bit compact, it was well-designed, and the modern amenities added to the overall comfort. Easy and quick check-in process. The room was clean and spacious. It is very quiet and ambient. Nice location not far from Bencoolen MRT. Check out was quick too.

Initially there was a slight problem during check in when we requested a room on the 1st floor due to different booking codes, the first officer promised that the room would be ready at 3 pm on the same floor, but in reality when we returned to the hotel at 3 pm, it was a bit difficult for the second officer even though in the end we got a room on same floor. It all paid off because the hotel room was nice and the location was strategic. Will stay at Lyf Bugis next time.

However, we regret to know that you are disappointed by our cleaning schedule. -- To share, the lyf concept of an experience-led social living residence is one that comes with no frills. That generally means that a comfortable and space-efficient room is designed with just the essentials included. -- As we are a social living residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you need any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. – If it helps, as we want our guests to know about our cleaning schedule, information can be found on our property’s landing page on Traveloka’s website under the section “Accommodation Policies - General Check-in Instructions”. I've been looking for a family-friendly hotel near the tourist spot in Singapore (Bugis Street). And Lyf Hotel was the best choice. The hotel is near the Bencoolen MRT Station and also near the famous Al Jilani resto next on the side (24 hours). So, no worries for your meal.

The hotel location is strategic, it turns out it is near Bencoolen MRT. Stayed 4 days 3 nights here, the room size is not big but comfortable enough for 2 people. Tap water is available in the room. Next time I want to stay here again.

The room smells like a restaurant. I noticed the smells start from the alley, and of course it will affect the room. I feel like I'm staying and sleeping inside the restaurant. I don't know where the smells are coming from, if it's from the restaurant on the 1st floor or there is a problem with the exhaust. But as long as I stay, the smells make me sick 🤢.
