Had a pleasant stay during the Lunar New Year. The concierge staff was exceptionally helpful, even with the long wait for taxis due to LNY. The rooms were not new but super spacious and clean! Location wise, it's super accessible by both bus and MRT. Good food and hawker center within walking distance as well.

Strategic location, opposite there is a bus stop, close to the MRT, halal restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff is also friendly and kind. The room is spacious.

Incredible, cheap hotel with strategic location, and very complete facilities, because the service at M Hotel, makes me believe, there are still many people who are sincere and good in Singapore, the staff is very helpful to me, the service is very friendly. They were very helpful to me, my wallet was left in the room safe, while I was inside the airport, and already through immigration. it is very unlikely that I can get out again, the extraordinary staff, the changi airport staff, and the M hotel staff work together and help me, until I can get my wallet back. because of them I am still convinced that there are still many friendly and sincere Singaporeans working to serve. We love you, and we will be back.

Everyone is great at this hotel. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Singapore.
I love going to their dining area. The staff are great especially Mary, Kriselle, Princess, Henry and the management.

Room is spacious and clean, and staffs are kind.
I found left over bottles of shampoo and probably a shower gel from the previous guest. Complained to the desk and the lady at the front desk (probably the lady with galsses sitting on the right desk) but it was never fixed for 3 days..... breakfast is ok I guess.

The M hotel itself is beautiful regarding decor and style and could be excellent if properly maintained. In the first room we had, the Aircon didn’t work so we had to move room. In the second room, the hand washing basin was cracked and water constantly leaked on the floor when using it. Also, the towel rail was faulty as it had not been installed properly. Everything else in the room was excellent. The hotel location is fairly OK and quite close to an MRT station on the East-West line and to a 711.
