My experience at the hotel was amazing like wifi included in every room, not far from then center and bus stop but a bit far from the mrt station tho. Anyway I will give 10/10 for Mercure on Stevens Road, hope that I will have a chance to come back

I've truly enjoyed my stay, my room was upgraded to suite type, and I am happy for that. This is my first experience stay at Mercure on Stevens, definitely will come back someday.

My recent stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, from its excellent services to its reasonable pricing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm smiles and professional service. Check-in was seamless, and the team was incredibly accommodating, ensuring my preferences were met. The ambiance of the hotel, with its modern and inviting decoration, immediately set a relaxed tone for my stay. The room was well-designed and exceptionally clean, with all the comforts I could wish for. The cozy bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and stunning city views made it hard to leave the room. I was particularly impressed with the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea and sustainable toiletries. The hotel's facilities were another highlight. Whether it was enjoying a swim in the beautifully maintained pool, savoring delicious dishes at the on-site restaurant, or making use of the well-equipped fitness center, every experience was top-notch. What truly stood out was the value for money. Despite its premium location near Orchard Road, the price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the outstanding services and amenities. Overall, my stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens was fantastic, and I can't wait to return. First time at this hotel. Overall very happy.
First the good… checked in earlier than normal, was given an upgrade to higher floor, fast check out. Rooms big enough for one or a couple and best of all there’s filtered water for your drinking safety.
Can be improved… room service did not clean my room, the walls seem to be very thin, I could hear noises from above, beside and around me. The layout of the rooms are perhaps way too close each other (see pic).
Still a very convenient location if you want to be at Orchard area but not be too near it. And the food outlets on the premises (operated separately from the hotel) are pretty good.
Will come back again, but for short trips. Thank you Mercure.

I found the Mercure on Stephen‘s to be a good location for what I needed affordable and Central good clean hotel with a swimming pool and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there when I return to Singapore

The hotel is in a great area. Has a very convenient shuttle service to MRT and shopping centre. Our room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed and nice view. Breakfast has a great selection, bit busy because it is serving Novotel as well. All in all a good stay.

Rooms were clean. Service and convenience is lacking. When we arrived at the room the safe had a Low Battery warning. We requested service to fix the issue THREE times. Nothing was done. We stayed for 5 Days. There are better options nearer to Orchard Rd and Orchard MRT.

We had a very cramped twin room no place to put a 2nd suitcase, no bedside table for one bed so nowhere to place water bottle, phone etc. The light for the bathroom at night was on the far side of the far bed so using the bathroom at night was a challenge.
We needed to wash clothes but we needed $20Sing in coins to operate it. Reception didnt have coins and because we didnt have enough other currency to change into coins, we couldnt wash.
Bathroom grouting needs mould treatment. Bathroom didnt seem to have a exhaust fan.
The pools looked beautiful.
Good public transport close by.

I was told that I'll get a key to my room after 10 minutes. I stayed in the loby for 1.5 hours and only after checking it again with the desk I got my key. No body approched me for that matter

This was one of the most expensive and cheapest place I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water at night they turned it off. The gym was under renovation which they failed to list , so we had a mini gym. The room has no refrigerator it’s a cooler. I had to order ice which took up to one hour or more to receive. I had to request face towels. No microwave in room , but the 7-11 let me use there’s . The pool does not have enough seats. I stayed 23 days paid over $3000 and was not allowed to use the lounge. I requested a higher floor when possible. The reservation guy never contacted or tried to move me. All staff except one young Chinese housekeeper and the shuttle guy, are not very friendly . The lobby has dirty chairs and carpet. My room was the size of a walk in closet. I had only one small uncomfortable student chair. Mold in shower around mini shelf. The television is outdated luckily I had my Apple TV. Food options right outside over priced bad food. I will never stay at any of their hotels again.
