Had a very pleasant stay here! Room was cosy, bathrobes were really comfy, and we loved the advanced rainshower! The experience at the collection club Lounge was made better by Ariane, who was really friendly, attentive and proactive in attending to us 🥰 Impeccable service that made us feel welcome!

The staff are super friendly and the environment is really relaxing, can hear birds chirping in the day. I booked club access but not sure which room I will get. Delighted to know when we get to see our rooms that we are given a spacious room with view of Suntec, with a balcony on the highest floor. Really grateful for this arrangement. Hotel location connected to Marina Square, really convenient. Suntec city also within walking distance with many food options. A little bane will be that after parking the car, had to walk a distance to reach their reception. Tried different routes from marina square to hotel lobby still feel little hassle. Perhaps because not familiar to the place. We reached at about 11am and got access as requested to check-in early. Had good rest with comfy bed and no need to worry much about meals since there's afternoon tea & evening cocktail with club access. Our package includes breakfast, thought we should head to Peppermint for next morning's breakfast buffet. Then realize we can use club access area which have almost same spread of food but less people and better ambience. Had lovely a walk in their urban farm checking out the spread of edible plants they have in the hotel next to Peppermint. Pity too little time during this staycation, would love to arrange for swimming or gym next time when I get to visit again. With regards to late check-out, reception advised calling in the morning to see availability. In the end, managed to extend to 1pm :) Not all timings are full of people at the pool area, I don't need to worry to book the facilities the minute I check-in. If hotel can package with some activities like cooking classes or other hands-on activities within the hotel, it would be even more memorable.

The staff is super friendly, early check-in at its best too! The room is comfy, just one of the reading lamps is not working properly. On the other hand, the ambiance, the view, and the interconnecting hub to the mall make it easier until reaching the airport.

Very bad sound proof. Room wall is probably built by thin plywood. We can hear the sound of nextdoor guest or people walking outside the corridor very clearly. We never expected such a 5 star hotel has this quality of sound experience.

Great location at Marina Bay area, direct access to Marina Square Mall, just across Suntec City. The room is clean and comfy with modern design, love the window sofa. The food is also great, I ordered guilt-free burger twice during my short stay :). One caution, somehow my room's sound proof was not good, I could hear sounds clearly through the connecting door, and even I got complaint from neighbor just because music from TV with low volume.

Posisi strategis. Ukuran kamar cukup untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 anak. Rasa makanan so so aja. Kamar ada balkon hanya di kamar berasa berdebu untuk saya yang memang alergi debu, jadi merasa tidak nyaman.

The service was impeccable, and we got club lounge access for additional $ 170! The access was great, we had unlimited drinks, came with breakfast for the 3 of us and of course drinks and canapes and snacks!
