Everything was excellent from start to finish. If you’re coming to Singapore this is the place to stay. Highly recommend booking high floor room with lounge 65 access. Free drinks including alcoholic and spirits, plenty of food choice in an evening and great breakfasts. Service is excellent too. Views are amazing. Book the Skair restaurant for 70th floor views!

The best hotel we have ever stopped at. Luxury but with a personal touch. Executive lounge was outstanding. All the staff were cheerful and very helpful

Amazing hotel in prime location with easy access to the marina area. Stayed a few times and it never disappoints. Staff cannot do enough to help and are always around. My only advise is to pay extra for a marina view room (views at night are amazing) over and above the city view where views may be limited.

Brilliant

The hotel was overall good for me. I loved that the Raffles Place was directly available from inside the hotel, saving me few minutes of Singaporean sun. This allowed for direct access to the City Hall MRT station. Overall transportation was excellent. Hotel facilities were good as well, clean and well-maintained. Absolutely no complains here. Check-in and check-out seemed to be chaotic, and the staff during that time did not seem too helpful. Check in seemed to be self-service, which is fine, but it was not too easy as even the hotel staff that stepped in took some time to complete the process. Check-out had quick check-out process, but it just had a large amount of checking in guests in the way of checking out. But overall, despite me writing two paragraphs on this topic, was not a defining factor in my experience. Overall, the experience was great, and if anyone is looking for a conveniently located hotel, with well-maintained facilities, I recommend it, it even has a tennis court, and in typical Singaporean fashion, safe and beautiful even at night.

My booking got messed up so I didn’t get the breakfast included which I know I paid for but I did get upgraded to a better room. Room service disappointing - meals arrived cold. I complained the second time and got a warmer replacement and some very nice fresh fruit as an apology. Not up to the standard I expected.

Good service

Clean, large exeuctive rooms, with a panoramic lounge access on the 65th floor. Great location with shopping malls nearby.

Was a super central location with shops and an array of dining options in the hotel and underneath. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were large. Only sad point was the aircon wasn’t very great and didn’t get cold enough and the shower pressure was average but overall excellent stay!

Wonderful place to stay

My third time staying in this hotel, generally for business. Love the easy walk indoor to shopping malls below the hotel which has restaurants and supermarket. Very convenient. Superb view of the Marina Bay and can overseeing the nice bay area both day and night time. Also a must go to the SKAI restaurant.

Beautiful View, But Service is Absolutely Zero and Awful We recently stayed at this hotel in March and were extremely disappointed with the service. While the view was stunning, everything else about our experience fell far below expectations, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality. Our check-in experience was frustrating and unfair. Despite waiting in line for 15 minutes, the front desk staff (CESS) allowed another guest to cut in front of us and prioritized them instead. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. Even though we booked two rooms under the same reservation, we were placed on completely different floors, far from each other and the elevators. We checked in around midday, so there should have been plenty of room options available. This decision made our stay incredibly inconvenient, especially for our elderly parents and young child, who had to go back and forth multiple times a day. After our stay, we read reviews on social media and discovered that many guests have reported similar issues with the staff and even suspected discrimination. Based on our experience, this seems highly plausible. Overall, aside from the view, this hotel offered zero service and zero hospitality. If you're looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay, this is not the place.

This hotel is fabulous. Everything from the location to the views to the guest rooms is wonderful and the staff could not be more accommodating. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall with an amazing food court. Maybe a little extra seating in the lobby would be helpful. I will stay here again.

Property is excellent. Check-in staff was also excellent. Concierge not very helpful. Very hard to have a place for cocktails and Skay restaurant overpriced with poor service.
